About: I’ve shared my life with companion animals since childhood and have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, medical needs, personalities, and energy levels. I also spent seven years working at a no-kill animal rescue, where my commitment to thoughtful, individualized care grew even stronger. Senior dogs hold a special place in my heart. I cared for my own dog through years of mobility challenges, bathroom difficulties, and a complex medication routine until he passed away earlier this year at 14. That experience taught me patience, close attention to changes in comfort and behavior, and how much the little things matter. I’m also the person my friends turn to for dog sitting. I regularly care for senior pugs, two large, energetic Lab mixes, and a blind senior corgi with medical needs. I’m comfortable adapting to different routines and following detailed care and medication instructions. I work from home and stay close to home throughout the week, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I have plenty of time for walks, playtime, potty breaks, and individual attention. I don’t typically leave for long periods, which allows me to provide consistent companionship and adapt to your dog’s usual routine, energy level, and care needs. I take time to learn each dog’s routine, communication, and comfort level, and I follow your care instructions closely. My goal is to help your dog feel safe and comfortable while giving them attentive, individualized care. My yard has a four-foot chain-link fence for supervised outdoor time. It isn’t suitable for dogs who may jump or climb fences, so we’ll discuss your dog’s needs and habits before booking. I share my home with four cats, so dogs staying here need to be comfortable around cats. My two children, ages 7 and 10, also live with me every other week. We’ll discuss whether they’ll be home during your booking and make sure your dog is comfortable with that environment. For care in your home, I respect your space and follow your dog’s familiar routines, feeding schedule, medication instructions, and any household safety guidelines. Before care begins, we’ll go over medical or behavioral needs, emergency contacts, and anything else that helps me keep your dog safe and at ease.

About: I’ve always had a dog since I was born which created my love for animals, especially dogs. Before I was old enough to have my very own dog, I worked at Blue Springs Animal Hospital. In college I poured my love into my first dog as a grown up, Bentley my Boxer. He was the absolute love of my life; my soul dog and we spent every waking moment together since he was 5 weeks and I was 19. I enjoyed every part that came along with pet ownership from puppy training to his wonky teenage stage and even when he came wheelchair bound at old age. The heartbreak of losing him never became easier to bare but I couldn’t imagine living live without a dog so we welcomed Boss our Rottweiler into our lives to love forever. With my girls being older and in school I’m looking to fulfill my passion of having fun with doggies! I’m a stay at home mom with a flexible schedule with Tuesday availability from 8:30am to 2:00pm and Thursdays from 8:30am to 11:50am and 1pm to 2pm. I will treat your dog like I do my own. With lots of love, pets and maybe a few treats if that’s okay 😉. I won’t leave without giving belly rubs, that’s on Girl Scouts honor!

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, growing up on a farm where I cared for everything from horses and pigs to cats and dogs. Being the go-to pet sitter for my friends and family has given me so much experience, and I’d love to bring that same care to your pets. I have my own super friendly dog and cat at home who love making new friends, so your furry family members will be in great company and I’ll will treat them as my own. I am not shy to big dogs, my first ever dog was a Great Dane (gentle giants) as shown in my pictures named Malcom so all big dogs are welcomed. I can handle dogs who tug on the leashes, no matter the size, large or small so that will not be an issue at all. As of right now I’m only doing check ins and walking while I get acquainted with this app and new faces and puppers. Eventually I will do overnights. I’m happy to answer any question, no such thing as a dumb question. Especially when it comes to the peace of mind knowing your pet is safe. I figured pet sitting would be the best thing for me because I love animals and I can study, or do school work while I do it. I am willing to both pet sit at my or your house. I have a small fenced in backyard that is secure and safe for your pet. I have a dog named Sadie and a cat named Shayla at home who would love to meet some new furry friends! I would treat your pet as if they were my own with lots of love and care. I’m good at picking up the phone and can give updates as much as you need. Being a pet parent, I too love to see pictures and text letting me know that my dog is okay while I’m away. It is really hard to leave your pets behind while you go away, so that’s why I would make it very easy and comfortable for both you and your pet.

About: Family pets have been part of most of my life. With no pets of my own now, I would like to enjoy and help other pet owners. I also enjoy walking. I am a retired RN who is looking for part time activities and income. I have elderly parents and grandchildren whom I help with but extra time for pet activities. Our yard is not fenced but larger sized and the neighborhood is mostly 5-20 acre homes. Our street is not a busy one, so walks are easy to do. I can also get to the Lees Summit doggy park in about 15 minutes.

About: I’m an experienced dog walker, dog sitter and cat sitter. I’m aware of positive reinforcement training techniques. I will give your pet all the love and care! About: Hello, I have had experience with dogs my whole life, especially giant dogs, from Great Danes to mastiffs, from Shepard to labs, my family has owned and trained them all. I love to spend time learning how to train and engage with dogs of all breeds, I am not discriminatory towards any breed! All our dogs were raised since they were weeks old. Walking, exercise, training, feeding, snuggling, I’ve done it all. I work as a mechanic 4 days out of the week from 7-6pm. My shift rotates I always have Sunday and Mondays off and every other Friday and Saturday. If you have questions about my availability I’ll be happy to answer, I don’t mind pet sitting at anytime. I am willing to work around my schedule. I am currently in an apartment, if your puppet has good behavior when I step out I don’t mind leaving them out. I am familiar with crate training, so I can also put your puppet into crate if you feel more comfortable. Since I am in a small home I would take the pup out 3 times a day for walking/bathroom/exercise.

I worked for a dog walking company for 2 years and then started my own pet care/dog walking business called Road Dogs Pet Care and Transportation. I am a single mother of two daughters (5 & 11) and dog mom of 3 older (13,13, &15), very sweet dogs. They are all very social and well behaved. I have a large fenced in yard. I also have experience doing nail trims and offer in-home nail trims. i also have experience bathing and administering medications. Profile update: Hi, a lot has changed since I first joined Rover. I no longer have my three elderly babies as they have all passed away due to old age. We now have two new additions to our family, Six and Pepper. Six is my 2 year old Border Collie/Heeler mix. She's very spunky, sweet, and playful! Pepper is our 2 1/2 yr old 7 lb. poodle. She is basically my daughters little sidekick and spends almost all of her time with her. She sometimes thinks she's a Doberman, but she's harmless and warms up quick. Once she warms up she's ready to run with the big dogs! They're both great girls and are used to new friends and visitors often. 😊 I'm home full-time and take care of my two kids, two dogs, and our aquatic turtle. Aside from running occasional errands or appointments, I'm able to give your dog or dogs all the love, attention, and playtime that they need. I'm also available for daily dog walks if needed. I have a large fully fenced yard for them to run and play in. They are all inside and outside frequently throughout the day as needed or as they please. She gets along with everybody. :) So our household currently consists of Me, my partner, my two daughters (10 & 16), Six, Pepper, Marley, and Mr.B (Turtle). About: I have took care of animals since I was young I have been around animals even longer. I have always loved them. I promise you can trust me I am currently working part-time and also I am a Full time student .Some weeks my schedule is a little all over the place but, Tuesdays and Thursdays are the best days for me! About: Pets have been a part of my life my whole life. I've owned everything from dogs, cats, rodents, fish, and ferrets. In high school I spent all my extra time volunteering at Kansas City Ferret Rescue. We even ran some of the shelter out of our house for a while. Currently I own 2 pit bulls and boy do I love my bully breeds. I have Marvel who is 11 and hes my gentle giant. We adopted his mother and had her her whole life and kept him from a litter of puppies she had. We've been together since birth. I also have Alice and she is getting ready to turn 5, we adopted her at 8 weeks old from a neighbor. She's super energetic. I have LOTS of training in taking care of puppies. I also own a 13 year old black Maine coon cat. I adopted him from wayside waifs when he was a tiny 8 week old kitten. My pets are very loved and yours will be also! We will have lots of fun playing with toys, going on walks and all the belly rubs. I am currently a stay at home mom so I have plenty of time to spend with your babies while your away. There will be no hurry in my visits. I currently walk my dogs everyday. They are fed twice a day, morning and evening. We also play ball and Frisbee in our backyard. I will try to keep your pets schedule as close as I can to their current schedule with you.

About: Hi! My name is Megan and I currently have three cats and a rat terrier puppy who 5 years old! Unfortunately in 2018 I lost my 14 year old Jack Russell Terrier. I love animals and have always had at least one pet in my life, usually cats and dogs at the same time so if you have cats too I'm good to go. I love hanging out with animals and would be thrilled to sit your whenever you need :) Since I have so many pets at my house at the moment, I cannot board dogs, but I can do anything else! I'm always ready to welcome new furry friends into my life, even temporarily. Please let me know if you have any more questions! I work full time in OP so I am able to drop in on pets before or after my 8-5 shifts and anytime over the weekends. I like to make sure pets are comfortable with me and with each other, so I don't have pets stay in my own home. This is because I have many of my own pets. I only watch pets in their own homes.
