“Great having Saige as my first sitter! We met at a Starbucks to do a meet and greet and I instantly felt comfortable. Scary bringing a stranger into your home these days, so I was thankful she was open to answering any questions and wanted me to feel comfortable. Days later, I then had Saige come to my home to meet my cat and see the space to ensure she would also be comfortable sitting at my home. She petsitted or pet sat(?) lol, for 4 days and there’s hardly a hint that she was ever here - meaning she left the place as she found it and didn’t leave a mess or anything. I don’t think my kitty ever got super used to having a stranger in her home but that’s not Saige’s fault. My kitty is just super shy and takes a while to warm up to strangers. I just asked that Saige respect her boundaries and space and I believe she did that! My kitty is almost 16 years old and I just really wanted that reassurance of having someone around more often than just bopping in for 15 mins a day - so I’m thankful for finding this service and the sitting going smoothly! About: I have taken care of dogs as long as I can remember! I watch pets for friends and family all the time. I love being able to shower pets with play time, walks and cuddles (if they like those things)! I'm available to sit/board most days and weekends. I will have plenty of time to play, go on walks and provide bathroom breaks. I do work hybrid, so there might be a day or two where I'll be away for maximum 8 hours. I have a fenced in backyard and no pets. I do have a crate on hand if your dog prefers a crate. I know some dogs are crate trained and/or prefer crates.

About: I have flexibility in scheduling to assist the more vulnerable animals in not having to leave their home. I have a senior dog myself who is 16 and I've learned different environmental modifiers to ease him into his senior years. I have a fenced yard to assist with the high energy puppers and I am organized to routines to help keep them as happy and relaxed as possible while their owners are away. I work a full time 8-4 job Monday-Friday, but am open on weekends and with the right amount of time am able to adjust my schedule accordingly I have a big fenced yard and other doggos to help with keeping your fur babies busy while you are away. I am able to crate as needed, and I have to flexibility to come stay in-home if you or your pet feel more comfortable staying home.

I currently have two dogs: JT, a Jack Russell Beagle mix, and Miss Kahlani Ann, a 3 year old Rat Terrier Corgi mix. I adopted JT when he was 5 years old and have helped him adjust to stairs, car rides, and a daily routine that includes dog park visits. Kahlani Ann keeps life fun with her playful personality and energy. Before them, I shared 10 incredible years with Stewart, my soul dog, who joined me for road trips, everyday life, and miles of running together. We usually board our two med/large dogs, but one got a mild respiratory infection right before a big trip and we needed someone responsible and caring to come in and walk, feed, love on them and give meds while we were gone for a week.
