Trustworthy!! I have used Val twice for our miniature poodle. Sweetee is a rescue I’ve had for 2 years. She came to me deaf and with cataracts. After 2 years of having her, she is now completely blind. Val has been very emphatic with sweetee. Val learned how I handled sweetee’s deaf and blindness and made sure that sweetee was comfortable. An important note is that the first time I used Val, I was away for 2 months. Val also stayed in my home with sweetee. I had arranged for family to watch sweetee for part of the 2 months. It became obvious that sweetee needed to stay in her own home. Val was available and extended watching her until I returned home. Thank you to Val!
