About: I’ve been taking care of other people’s pets since I was 15, and working on Rover for about a year and a half. I know how important our fur families are and would love to be there to support your dog(s) and/or cat(s) while you are away. I have experience with multiple breeds of dogs, such as Pit Bulls, Greyhounds, German Shepherds, Shih Tzus, Beagles, Golden-Doodles, Schnauzers, Chihuahuas and all sorts of mixed-breeds. All ages welcome, as I have experience working with dogs from ~3 months to 16 years old. Additionally, I have experience working with dogs and cats with disabilities and special needs, such as blindness, deafness, heart murmurs, joint issues, hip dysplasia, and thyroid conditions. I’m experienced in providing oral medication, eye drops, and vitamins/supplements. I am highly attuned to the ways pets express their feelings of joy, love, and fear. I use this knowledge to support my care for them and am responsive to the ways they communicate their comfort levels. My main goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment for your pets to thrive while you are away. I care for the animals I sit for as if they were mine! I know the pet parent’s experience is just as important and send pictures, videos, and detailed updates daily to ensure they know their families are getting amazing care while they’re away. I work from home and can easily transition my workstation to any place necessary. Most of my plans I have are flexible and local. I love going on walks and spending time at home reading/crafting. I update my calendar regularly on Rover to ensure it’s correct for ease of use. I am happy to provide care in client’s homes and keep it clean as if it were my own place. The families I work with often comment I left their homes cleaner than when they left. I’m happy to help water plants, grab mail, take out the trash, bring in packages, and anything else that helps take care of your home while you’re away. I have a flexible schedule and can easily keep your fur babies on their feeding, walking, and bathroom schedules.

About: I have taken care of all kinds of animals, from chickens to lizards. I know all animals deserve the best and that they all should be loved and cared for, as I have two of my own. I know how to take care of animals, whether they are babies or older. I prioritize responsibility, genuine love and care and communication. My busiest days are Monday and Fridays, as I work from 8 am to 6:30 pm. However, I only work part time (max being 5 hours) for the rest of the week. I always will check in on your babies and make sure I take care of their needs before and after my job. I live in an apartment that has an outdoor area and I live within close proximity to amazing parks. I also have toys and other enjoyable things for your babies to enjoy.

Besides making me feel confident Mike was getting excellent care while I was gone, she also brought in my newspapers (I would have suspended delivery but I live for the NYT crossword puzzle) and a delivery from Grateful Dead Merchandising of the 2026 vinyl reissue of 1976's Steal Your Face. After I got home around midnight, and Mike finally verified who I was he told me to give Gayle seven stars.
Marianne did an excellent job taking care of our two cats while we were away! When we returned everyone was happy and healthy and the house looked great. Marianne’s communication throughout was excellent and she really went above and beyond. We had to extend our trip by a day and she was happy to add an extra day of care. I was nervous because one of our cats takes allergy medicine and had been refusing it but Marianne was able to get him to take it which was a huge relief. We had a great experience with Marianne and would definitely book her again!
Claire did an outstanding job taking care of Mochi for two days in a row. She was incredibly professional, responsible, and attentive throughout the entire time. She kept me updated regularly, followed all instructions carefully, and gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. Vicki was very sweet towards our 2 cats. I was very nervous about leaving them behind as it was the first time they’ve been alone for that long, and alone with a stranger, but Vicki was very kind and gentle with the cats and was patient. She even got my very anti social kitty to come out. I also loved the updates she gave and all of the photos of my kitties she sent. I highly recommend Vicki if you want a good pet sitter :)
Sarah was fantastic! She was so gentle and sweet with our cats and totally reliable. Our boys were much happier than usual when we got home and she sent awesome pictures. She even had one of the guys sitting on her shoulders by the second day 😂 she is obviously a natural when it comes to animal care!! Nicole was so lovely ! She took such good care of my kitty. I’m an anxious person and she made sure to send pictures and comments on how he was during each drop in. She also left the loveliest note with a hand drawn version of my cat. She left the house exactly as I’d left it. I’m soooo grateful for all the love she gave my cat. Our flight was delayed and she came back and fed him dinner. Truly above and beyond.
