About this sitter: Really love what I do and the animals I care for. I grew up with many animals. My parents bred Doberman Pinchers. I love playing with the dogs, I believe it keeps both myself and the animals I watch happy and healthy to play out doors as much as possible. About: I've had family dogs all 24 years of my life, and recently have had my own dog in the past 4 four years. In college I cared for professors and family friend's pets when they were out of town, or needed to be let outside. I have done basic dog training with my own girl, so I am adaptable to any skills work that you may be doing. I currently work full time, with one day one from home, so I have availability to walk or let your dog out at least three times a day. My dog loves to play and get outside, so I am used to do anything from a walk around the neighborhood, to a big hike, or some time at the beach/park. I walk my dog on a leash and harness or collar, but have used gentle leaders before as well. I also have an extra long lead for times when dogs need to be on a leash but want the ability to run ahead or play around. In the car I use a seatbelt clip that hooks to a harness to keep dogs in place. I'm comfortable or happy to crate dogs if needed as well, but do not have one of my own so it would need to be supplied for car rides, or already in the home if that's where they need/want to be.
