About: Hi! I’m Taryn! I’m an experienced and compassionate pet caregiver with a lifelong love for animals — especially rescues. Over the past 13 years, I’ve owned and cared for three very different dogs (a chihuahua, dachshund mix, and shepherd mix), so I understand that every dog has their own personality, needs, and boundaries. I’m comfortable adjusting care based on your dog — whether that means a short, gentle walk for a senior pup or a long, active outing to burn energy. I also have hands-on experience with dogs who have leash or food aggression, and I always approach care with patience, awareness, and respect for each dog’s comfort level. As of 6/1/2026 I have a Certificate of Completion from the American Red Cross Cat and Dog First Aid (online) In addition, one of my dogs, Shadow, has seizures, so I’m familiar with staying calm in high-stress situations, monitoring for symptoms, and providing attentive, responsive care when it matters most. I understand how important it is to trust someone with a pet who has extra needs. I’ve also helped care for friends’ dogs of all sizes and breeds — from small terriers to larger dogs like pit bulls — and feel confident handling a wide range of temperaments. About: I’ve cared for dogs, cats, and exotic animals for families and neighbors for over 8 years. This ranges from home check-ins, trips to the vet, and overnight pet sitting. I have two cats at home and share custody of an English lab with my ex-boyfriend. New graduate in between jobs. Availability for the month of May/June is open. I do my best to accommodate all hours and needs for clients. I understand that a pet's home and environment are crucial. At home, I make sure my cats always have access to their food and water, litter boxes, and places for them to lounge :)

About: I have taken care of dogs/cats since I was 10 around my neighbourhood and for friends and families! I also grew up with dogs in my family I am currently home for the summer from college, until August 31st, I have tons of flexibility! I am happy to help out in the mornings and evenings/overnight stays. I care for the pets by making sure they get their needs as requested. About: Grew up with dogs of various breeds (many were rescue mixes). I am an attentive and responsible caregiver. I have experience with training puppies, grooming/ bathing, administering medicine, and caring for injured dogs on crate rest. Also have experience with anxious dogs. I study biology at the University of Michigan, hoping to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. Currently work part-time as a horse trainer and caretaker. I am currently only working a part-time job so I am available to care for your pet any day of the week. The afternoon (1-6pm), works best for me! About: I grew up in a multiple pet family; taking care of the cats, ducks and family dog. Over the last couple decades I have rescued animals including my cat 20 years ago. I have also enjoyed caring for my friends and family animals while away, and any stray wildlife that comes my way too:) Right now I am working to start a resin company, and have a very flexible schedule. My care schedule for my animals is structured but flexible, so we can work with many different demands, my cat communicates surprisingly well :) I follow whatever instructions are given before and during visits, care and safety are of the utmost importance. If there is ever a question, I do really love communication so I'm asking and my ears are always perked!

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs over the last 13 years - from labradors to terriers and puppies to seniors. I would love to watch and care for your pup! I’m a product manager and Airbnb host. I currently work part time. My schedule is flexible and am happy to watch and care for pups as needed. I’m happy to follow the guidelines and rules provided. I usually make sure to watch, feed, and walk the pups as instructed and send photo updates throughout the day.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was about 10! I had a dog walking service in the neighborhood when I was younger and have pet sat for neighbors for years. I am a PhD student at Stanford, but I am available to pet sit at most times (provided that it doesn’t interfere with my class schedule)!! I always make sure the animal trusts me first by letting them sniff my hand. I also make sure that it is a safe environment for them - free of any hazards.

About: I’ve had dogs and taken care of dogs my whole life. 1 of my families dogs currently has had a history of being reactive with other dogs. This has trained me to be very alert and careful while walking him. I’ve learned many tactics in that regard. I also just love dogs and would be so happy to take care of your dog like it’s my own. I take only online classes and then have work for a few hours in the evening on Mondays and Wednesdays. So I would be able to make your pet care my priority. I’m very respectful of other people’s space and always make sure to leave someone’s home spotless. I treat your animals like my own, playing, spending time, and caring for them as much as I can. I also am pretty active so I enjoyed taking my own dogs on their daily walks, and would definitely making sure your dogs get one if applicable.
