“Pamela is the best! I am so glad I booked with her and I highly and strongly recommend her! My dog has anxiety, barks at everything she sees and hears and I did not think she would get along with any other animals. However, Pamela introduced her to another adorable, sweet furbaby and they were all like bffs!! Lol. I was so impressed and I couldn’t believe my dog can actually be around/near other dogs. It made my work trip stress-free not having to worry about her and I couldn’t be more thankful! She responded so quickly, cares about my furbaby like she was her own, spoiled her & gave her all the attention my needy baby wanted lol. Pamela also sent me updates, took cute pics/videos, and she was so sweet and accommodating! My dog can’t obviously talk lol but it seems like she loved every minute being there and had the best time. I almost think she did not want me to take her home lol. If only she was in the city I live, I would definitely be booking more days with her. I couldn’t thank her enough!!”

“My pup loved her home away from home. She gets the wiggles when I mention "Celeste." It's reassuring Brandy was loved on and cared for just as she would be in my home. I won't take her anywhere else.”

“Tambre is the most flexible Doggy day care person that I know. She is willing to pickup my dog and drop her off. I need my social life and she conveniently makes it happen for me. Choose Tambre for dog walks or doggy day care or boarding. She does all three very well!”

About: As a lifelong animal lover with a deep passion for caring for pets, I bring a wealth of experience and genuine affection to my role as a pet sitter and dog walker. Growing up on a farm, I had the joy of being surrounded by animals of all kinds, and I even trained them for shows. This hands-on experience taught me the importance of patience, trust, and understanding when working with animals. As an adult, I’ve always had a family of cats and dogs who are cherished members of my household. I truly enjoy extending that love and care to other animals, ensuring their needs are met with kindness and attention. Walking dogs is one of my favorite ways to spend my time—it combines fresh air, exercise, and the joy of being outdoors under the sun with my furry companions. Whether it’s a leisurely stroll or energetic playtime, I aim to make every visit a positive, enriching experience for the animals I care for. Your pets will be treated as if they were my own, with plenty of affection, fun, and attention to their unique needs. I’m self-employed and mostly work from home which allows me to choose my schedule including when and where in the community I want to work. If caring for pets in my own home, I have a fenced in divided yard with lots of grass and room to roam. There is a dog door so they have complete access to the yard and I ensure they get out for a long walk at least once a day. Aside from that, the care is based on your needs and preferences.
“We've always been hesitant about having someone our two girls don't know take care of them. Janette was willing to take the time to meet them a few days before to get acquainted with them to make sure they (and us) were comfortable. On the day where she took care of them, she provided constant updates and pictures and was extremely flexible when we got back a few minutes late due to the weather. The girls absolutely loved her. Very highly recommend Janette, we will definitely be using her services again soon!”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for most of my life, starting when I was 8 years old, and it’s something I truly enjoy. I treat every dog like part of our family—making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Pet care fits seamlessly into our daily routine since I homeschool and have a very flexible schedule. I’m home throughout the day, which allows me to provide consistent supervision, regular potty breaks, feeding on schedule, and plenty of playtime and attention. Our days are calm, structured, and pet-friendly, so dogs are never left alone for long periods and can feel comfortable and included in a home environment. My daughter also enjoys helping with playtime and companionship, so pets get plenty of love and interaction throughout the day. In my home, I provide a calm, safe, and welcoming environment for pets. I have three very kind, dog-friendly dogs, and I always prioritize safe, positive introductions. If a client prefers, my dogs can be crated or kept separate to ensure their pet feels completely comfortable and secure. Pets in my care receive regular potty breaks, feeding according to their routine, playtime, and plenty of attention throughout the day. Since I’m home most of the time, they’re rarely left alone and are closely supervised. For drop-in visits and dog walks, I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. This includes feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, exercise, and any specific instructions like medications or preferred walking routes. I take time to make pets feel comfortable, give them attention, and keep owners updated for peace of mind. My goal is always to provide dependable, loving care so pets feel safe and happy, whether they’re in my home or their own.
About: I have extensive hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. I previously bred German Shepherds and raised and managed a pack of 10 of my own dogs, which gave me a deep understanding of canine behavior, pack dynamics, and safely handling multiple dogs at once. Through my work with the American Kennel Club, I earned the distinction of Breeder of Merit, reflecting my commitment to responsible breeding, health standards, and proper care. I’m also an active member of the German Shepherd Dog Club of America and participate in the Schutzhund club community, which keeps me actively involved in training, temperament evaluation, and working-dog development. Because of this background, I’m comfortable working with energetic puppies that need structure and training, as well as senior dogs that need patience and attentive care. I’m experienced reading dog body language, preventing conflicts between dogs, and maintaining a calm, safe environment. Dogs tend to warm up to me quickly, and I genuinely enjoy working with them. I also love helping rescue dogs feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I’m home full-time, which allows me to give dogs consistent supervision and attention throughout the day. Because of this, pets in my care are rarely left alone and get frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, and interaction. My schedule is extremely flexible, so I’m able to accommodate different routines, including puppies that need more frequent outings and senior dogs that benefit from a calm environment and regular care. I’m also able to work with last-minute bookings and different drop-off or pick-up times when needed. I provide a safe, structured environment with a fully fenced yard for supervised outdoor time, exercise, and play. With my background raising and managing multiple dogs, I’m very experienced reading dog body language and carefully managing group dynamics. All new dogs are introduced slowly to make sure everyone is comfortable. I also require meet-and-greets beforehand so I can ensure a good fit and a safe environment for every dog in my care. Dogs are separated during feeding to prevent resource guarding, and I have crates available for dogs that are crate-trained or need their own quiet space to rest. Because I’m home full-time, dogs receive consistent supervision, attention, and care throughout the day.
“This was our first time to leave our fur babies with anyone EVER but when we met Isabel we knew she was the right one for us. She did NOT disappoint. Isabel was trustworthy and spent lots of time getting to know our fur babies. Isabel will definitely be our go to person to take care of our babies in the near future. Nothing like feeling confident and having your mind put to ease than to know that your fur babies are well taken care of! Thank you Isabel!”

“Megan and her family take such good care of my little puppy, Penny. I was worried about leaving her with someone unfamiliar, but my pup was loved on, snuggled, and entertained all day long.”

Live Oak dog parents share their Rover experiences
Most likely for everyone, their pets are their babies and after a horrible experience with another sitter, I felt very comfortable and assured the whole time my fur baby was with her. She was very communicative and even was able to help out with an unplanned drop off. I’m very happy with this experience
