He only asked intentional and poinient questions to get exactly the information he needed to provide an exceptional service; he didn't need additional clarification which made us think, wrongly, he was not fully engaged. Don't let his approach and directness fool you; he is fully committed to the job at hand and able to accommodate your and your pets' needs. Brady was excellent with our dog and cat while we were away. He took extra time to play with them daily even though it wasn't required. He was also easily willing to check on the house, find a missing mail package, and ensure the dog (who has storm anxiety) was her usual self after a major storm. He was very responsive to texts through the app even at odd times of day. We appreciate his willingness to be flexible with our delayed and changing flights and his anticipation of our needs. About: I've had cats all my life and I've taken care of dozens of different cats! I've adopted pets from shelters, friends who found kittens, and right off the side of the road! I currently have one cat and one dog but I have had senior pets and pets that needed medication. I've provided pet care for family members on vacations, my grandmother while recovering from a broken bone, friends at work who needed a drop in visit, and more.
