About: I have had dogs and all sorts of pets in my house my whole life. I have experience with dogs of all types and ages from training puppies only a couple months old to caring for very old dogs. I constantly take care of neighbors and friends dogs when they’re away and I can’t wait to love on yours as well. 💗 I am a rising senior student-athlete at WCU and have a good amount of during the day most days to walk dogs as well as plenty of time most weekends to dog sit/house sit. I am a dog mom to a German Shepherd named Gemma. She is a rescue and dog-reactive (but loves all people!), so I have extensive experience with walking and handling reactive dogs! I was an avid foster and volunteer while in grad school for organizations such as Big Paws of the Ozarks, Fayetteville Animal Services, and Best Friends Resource Center. We have had fosters of a variety of ages and breeds. Additionally, I spent most of my Saturdays at the local farmers market with an adoptable shelter pup working on socialization and leash skills with fellow volunteers. Lastly, before moving, I was also a part-time employee at a pet resort that offered daycare, boarding, and grooming services. Hereto, I was able to care for even more dogs (and even some cats!).
