“Muffy had a great experience staying with Meagan and family. Highly recommend Meagan and her services, would definitely revisit when looking for boarding and/or day care. Thank you Meagen for taking care of Muffy when we were out.”

“Cooper had a good time with Spencer and all his pups! He was kept busy & active, which he loves! Daily communication & pics. We truly appreciate you caring for Cooper during the Christmas holiday!”

“Julia was amazing. We had an out of town wedding and she took care of our Finn like her own. She has a little Yorkie named Archie and Finn and he had some much fun together. I was so relieved by Julia's updates and pictures that she sent. Finn loves to walk and she took him out for many walks in her very walkable neighborhood. I highly recommend Julia for your next getaway.”

“My girl came home happy and she didn't want to leave her vacation! Erica was communicative and sent a picture or video almost every day which I told her gave huge comfort to my toddler. She delivered all of Coco Chanel's meds without incidence (and even gave her bi-weekly subcutaneous shot). Thank you Erica, we will book with you again!”

“Shishir and his family took great care of Teddy just like we do at home. Even though our pickup was delayed until 2:00 AM, Shishir was very accommodating. Teddy was well fed, comfortable, and happy during his stay. The warm welcome from the kids helped Teddy settle in quickly, especially since he has some anxiety issues. Teddy also got along very well with their pet, it felt more like a fun play date for him. Overall, we are very happy with the care and attention Teddy received and would highly recommend Shishir and his family.”

“Tim and his family were great for our dog. He stayed with them for 5 days. Tim was good about communicating as we were setting up a meet and greet and also while he watched our dog. We weren't sure how our dog would get along with his 2 dogs, but his dogs were very friendly and sweet. We had no worries about them getting along. His whole family came out to meet our dog at the meet and greet. They were all very nice and you could tell they all like dogs. Our dog came back to us happy and healthy. I would recommend Tim and plan to schedule with him in the future.”

“Lorraine did an excellent job taking care of our dog for a week! Our dog is rescue who has been with us for just a year so we were nervous about his first separation, but his stay with Lorraine was wonderful. She provided daily updates, photos and kept our pup on his schedule. After his stay, he adjusted back home without any trouble. We definitely recommend Lorraine and would rebook with her in the future.”

“Oh my goodness!!! We can't possibly say enough good things about Megan and Vitaliy!! What a wonderful and truly caring couple! They treated our pup Maltese Sparky like he was their own and even had two small dogs for him to play with so he was like their long lost puppy cousin 🤣🥰 They were so sweet and responsive, constantly sending pictures and so quick to reply. We felt so comfortable with them watching him!! We couldn't have been more grateful for their kindness! I would recommend them 100 times over to anyone! 100 stars 🌟 🩷🌟🩷🌟🩷🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“Deepak and Derek were so great with our dog! They have a great home with a large fenced in backyard. They took him for daily walks and sent plenty of pictures! It made us feel so good knowing our dog was in good hands while we were away.”
“I was overwhelming please by the care Barbara and her family showed to our dog. I really appreciated all her communication and pictures she sent me. Whenever I picked up my dog I could tell she was well played with and tired!!”

“Rita is truly one of the BEST caretakers we’ve ever had!! Our Chihuahua is usually a little shy at first but before we even pulled out of the driveway he was in Ritas arms ready for a weekend! Her house is all about caring for your pup & she sends pictures keeping you updated all weekend - 1000% recommend Rita!!”
“Neetika is like the "dog whisperer"! She did a fantastic job with Gideon who can experience separation anxiety! She kept us updated on how he was doing and sent pictures of him!! She is amazing!!!”

“We needed to leave Roughy for 4 days. Mary and Dan were great. This was Roughy's first time staying with them. They have a huge fenced in yard that Roughy appeared to love. He isn't used to being off the leash. He ran around the yard barking at the cars going by (which were pretty far away) and got some good exercise. Although he was sad that we left him, Mary and Dan took great care of him and made him feel at home. They were willing to let him sleep in the bed with them which I think made him feel safe. They sent a picture or a video each day and were quick to keep in touch when we messaged them. He was happy to see us when we got back, but I think he had a good time with them and I would go back to them again.”

“Deb and Mike were fantastic! They showed so much attention and care when watching Wilson, making sure to write down all of his routines and eccentricities before we dropped him off. We received regular updates with pictures while we were away, and even got a full journal of his daily activities when we picked him up - what a nice touch! It was obvious from the beginning they really cared about Wilson and made him as comfortable as possible in his temporary home. We will certainly use them again in the future.”

“We had such a great experience with Catherine! She was super responsive from the start and answered all our questions, which made us feel really comfortable booking with her. Chippy had the best time at her place. He got along so well with her dog and family. Catherine sent us regular updates and photos, and we came home to a happy, tired pup. She even went out of her way to drop off Chippy’s bed when we accidentally left it behind. We’d definitely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter!”

“Tina is outstanding. She is the utmost professional with a gentle and kind affection for our sweet rescue dog, Matcha. We can worry about leaving him because he is a flight risk but she made all of us feel at ease with her built-in safety precautions. Her home is beautiful and accommodating and Matcha clearly loved his "vacation" with her. We are 100% interested in working with Tina again in the future!”

“Rachael was so thorough with her rover card comments that gave me peace of mind that my cat was in great hands. It truly makes a difference when you know a fellow animal lover is caring for your baby. Rachael took great pictures of my cat Jiji that also gave me comfort while being away from home for the week. I would 100% ask Rachael to watch Jiji again!!”

“Lauren M. kept us apprised each day on how our cat was doing and sent us pictures. We appreciated her attention to details and reports. This was the first time we have used rover.com -- and will definitely reach out to her again in the future.”

“Mackenzie was an amazing pet sitter! She was always timely, friendly, and professional, which gave me so much peace of mind. I especially appreciated how she was able to get my shy cat to take her meds which is no small feat! On top of that, her photography skills were such a bonus; I loved getting thoughtful, high-quality updates. I’m so grateful for her care and would absolutely recommend her!”

“Shagun was a great communicator and updated me on her visit. When my door lock was an issue, she reached out and tried multiple things to get the door locked before leaving and confirming with me.”

“Maggie was absolutely fabulous with our two senior cats who are set in their ways! She was able to coax them out from hiding and they even accepted some pets from her (that’s not an easy task). She left our home neat and clean. If you’re looking for someone reliable, kind, and respectful - Maggie should be your choice!!!”

“Christine took loving gentle care of our geriatric cat (while on multiple medicines) for a long weekend away. “Dakota's favorite day of the month is when she gets to go hang out at Spencer's house. His dogs have officially started being referred to as "the cousins ", and she loves spending time with them. I get peace of mind that she has loved and cared for no different than if she was laying at home with me”

About: With four years of experience, I've developed a deep understanding of dog care. My hands-on work has taught me to handle a variety of breeds and temperaments, managing everything from feeding and medication to special routines. My own rescue dog has added a personal layer to my professional skills. It's taught me the empathy and patience needed to build trust, proving that my approach is rooted in genuine love and a true commitment to a dog's well-being. Caring for my own rescue dog has naturally woven pet care into the very fabric of my daily and weekly routine. It's not a chore; it's a structured part of my day that brings consistency to my life, and most importantly, to his. Daily Routine: Morning: The day starts with a walk and a feeding. This isn't just about meeting his basic needs; it's our time to bond, to get some fresh air, and to start the day with a positive routine. Throughout the day: Even when I'm working, I make sure to have dedicated breaks for play and mental stimulation. This could be a quick game of fetch, a puzzle feeder, or a brief training session to reinforce good behavior. These short bursts of attention prevent boredom and keep him happy. Evening: The day winds down with another walk, dinner, and some quiet time. This is often our cuddle time, where he gets a chance to relax and feel secure, which is especially important for a rescue. When a pet stays with me, they become a temporary member of my family. My focus is on providing a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment that minimizes the stress of being away from home. A "Home Away from Home": I provide a structured but loving environment, mirroring a typical household. My home is completely pet-proofed, with a secure backyard for safe play and potty breaks. Consistency is Key: I work with the owner to maintain the pet's regular schedule for feeding, medication, and sleep. I have a dedicated space for each dog's belongings (food, toys, bed) to help them feel at ease.
About: Hi, I’m Adina, owner of Playful Paws Pet Sitting. I offer thoughtful, high-quality care for dogs and cats in a calm, home-style environment. I specialize in one-on-one attention, consistent routines, and low-stress care tailored to each pet’s needs. I’m experienced, insured, and deeply detail-oriented — from feeding schedules and medications to walks, playtime, and quiet companionship. I intentionally limit bookings so every pet receives unrushed, individualized care. My clients are often busy professionals who want complete peace of mind while they’re away. I provide clear communication, photo updates, and the kind of dependable care I’d expect for my own pets. Your home and your pet will always be treated with respect, warmth, and discretion. If your pet stays with me, I offer an executive home on a large one acre flat lot and access to nearby trails. For sporty dogs, we take two twenty minute walks a day and one long hike in the woods (1-2 hrs) in addition to regular potty breaks outside. For the couch potatoes, I offer lots of quiet places to lounge and toys and enrichment like puzzles. Your dog can have total privacy if needed, but it’s better for everyone if they get along with other dogs. My home is like camp for dogs! I am with your dog all day, and will not leave them for more than 1.5 hours to run a simple errand. If you’re looking for reliable, concierge-level pet care, I’d love to connect. I specialize in anxious pets, senior pets, and pets who need a lot of medical attention throughout the day. My clients are mostly long term and like family and I develop lasting relationships with your pets! This is my full time job and so I am available to you and your pets. Please discuss with me the details of what you need and I will give your pets all the love and attention they deserve. I’m friendly, flexible, and will go above and beyond to keep your pets happy. I treat all animals with love and respect. I have been an animal lover my entire life. I am neat and organized and will treat your home with care and respect. I will send you photos/videos of your pet(s) as well as daily written updates. I specialize in dogs and cats with anxiety or who are shy, as I take the time with your pets to make sure they are comfortable.

About: My extensive experience in pet care, particularly with dogs, has allowed me to develop a strong bond with animals and a deep appreciation for their well-being. I am committed to providing excellent care, attention, and love to every dog under my watch. I’m at home and I’ve a very friendly calm golden retriever and would love to have a company for him. I’d like to host only one dog. I’ve a fenced backyard. Your pet will not be caged unless you request this. I look forward to hearing from you and caring for your fur babies as if they were mine.
“Melissa and Cody were great, even though Pippin gave them a literal run for the money by jumping the fence! She was retrieved safely and had a great time after that. Their love for and understanding of rescue dogs is a huge plus and gave us confidence that Pippin would be well cared for.”

About: My animal-loving 17 year old daughter would love to play with your pet and take care of him/her. I will be helping her in every way. I've had dogs since I was a kid, so I know how to care for them. Currently we have two cats and a Chihuahua named Buddy. I work from home so your pet will not be alone for long periods of time and will have frequent bathroom breaks. I work flexible hours from home so I am always available and can take breaks to play with or walk your pet. My kids are eager to help. I have a backyard and live in a neighborhood with lots of places to walk with your dog. My own dog is not aggressive towards any pets.
About: I know how important it is for pets to feel safe and relaxed when they’re away from home, so I focus on creating a calm, comfortable, and warm environment tailored to each dog’s personality and routine. I’m especially patient with shy, anxious, or first-time-away pups, giving them gentle reassurance, consistency, and extra attention to help them settle in. I prioritize communication with pet parents, sharing updates and photos so you always feel connected and at ease. Whether your dog loves playtime, snuggles, or quiet company, I’m committed to making their stay stress-free, happy, and filled with care. Pet care fits perfectly into my routine because I work from home and can be present with your pup throughout the day. I’m able to step away at any time for walks, potty breaks, play, or cuddles, so pets get consistent attention and companionship — not long stretches alone. I build my day around their needs, making sure they feel supported, relaxed, and loved from morning to night. I have a fully fenced-in yard, giving pups a safe space to explore, play, and enjoy fresh air throughout the day. I stay attentive to each pet’s comfort level and personality, whether they need active play, quiet cuddles, or time to settle in at their own pace. My goal is to make their experience relaxed, happy, and as close to home as possible.
“Megan and Vitaliy are true dog lovers. They take care of my two boys as if they were their own. When my puppy wouldn’t eat, Megan hand fed him to ensure he ate for the day. I love that they can run around outside in their huge fenced in yard…. And because their dogs, Clover and Cooper are also small like my boys, they are supervised outside at all times due to the hawks in the area. My boys come home tired from playing and having so much fun. I would recommend Megan and Vitaliy to anyone for the care they provide.”

“It was my first time using Rover and a pet sitter having recently adopted my dog. It was a great experience. Jay was great to work with and I felt very comfortable leaving my pet with Jay.”

“This weekend was our first experience with Rover, and Rachel was the best person to show us the way. She and our dog, Chino, hit it off right away at the Meet and Greet that Rachel suggested. During our trip, Rachel let us know about each interaction she had during her drop-in and walk sessions. We could see when she arrived, how long they walked and the route the took. But in addition, Rachel let us know how Chino wasdoing each time, (excited, cooperative, easy on the leash, hesitant, playfully, etc.) Rachel shared lots of pix as well. This put our minds at easy that Chino was being well looked after. We will certainly have Rachel as our first choice for future pet care needs! Rachel was awesome!”

“Lydia is a kind and compassionate dog walker. She takes my dog Maverick on nice long walks that tire him out until I’m able to get home in the afternoon. Money well spent and I would definitely hire her again.”

About: I have always loved dogs and started caring for my friends and family’s when I was 12! Since then, I’ve found myself watching multiple dogs, staying the week at the pet owner’s home, and routine check ins for walks, feeding, and to let out. I have experienced strong and responsive dogs, so I feel confident caring for any type of dog! My part-time job does not start until June 22, so until then I have a wide open schedule! I also have my own car, so transportation will not be an issue! I treat every home as my own, leaving it the way I found it. I also care for the dogs as I would care for my own, and make sure to follow any specific instructions!
“Lauren is a wonderful and caring dog walker. On the walk, she listened to Opie's direction, because he's become a little stubborn. They played indoors when he announced the walk was over and it made me happy to know he was so well taken care of!”

About: I’ve loved dogs since I was a little girl, and for the past 10 years I’ve been fostering and adopting pups in need. Becoming a dog mom myself showed me just how hard it can be to find someone who cares for my furry babies with the same love and attention I give them. With that understanding, I make it my priority to ensure your fur-baby feels safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away from home. I am currently a new pediatric resident. Although my work hours can be long, I love spending time with animals and would love to de-stress by spending time with your furry baby. As a dog parent, you know what is best for your dog, so I will do my best to emulate the same care you give your furry baby. With my background in medical training and experience with special-needs dogs, I feel very comfortable with medically complex animals.

“If I could give Vu 10 Stars rating I would. For example, Vu was on his family vacation and I had sent him a text and right away he responded. Another example of Vu going beyond the scope of his job is that he came to pick up my dogs for a walk and noticed one of the dogs had vomited. Vu could've left the vomit there for me to clean up when I got home, but instead he cleaned up the mess and informed me. In addition, he has also pulled my garbage into the house. Being a single moms it's the little things Vu has done that has great tremendous help for me and my dogs. I can't speak highly enough of Vu. He's always letting me know if he's coming early or running late due to traffic. My dogs just loves Vu.”

About: We’ve had family dogs since I was young, and I’ve happily became step-mom to our pup Mila when my boyfriend and I moved in together last year. I’ve been trusted to walk my neighbors dogs when they’re out of town, stay at friends houses while they are on vacation, and I even brought a bird home to watch for a week. I love all the animals I watch as if they were my own. I also love walking! So you can assure your doggie will get plenty of exercise with me :) I’m currently bartending part-time as a full-time student. My degree program is 100% online, which means I can take school work anywhere! I can also make my own school schedule, so I have flexibility to accommodate to your needs. My dog, a Pitbull mix, gets two 20-30 minute walks in the morning and afternoon no matter what. We either walk again in the evening or just for a quick potty, and then we play to tire her out. The same will apply to any dog I watch. Dogs love being outside and they deserve that time. Once I heard someone say sniffing for dogs is like TV for us, and I always remember that when I’m outside walking with them.
“We couldn’t be happier with Elizabeth! Our 13-week-old puppy, Rocky, absolutely adores her, and we can see why. She's been fantastic from the very beginning—thoughtful, professional, and incredibly patient with Rocky’s and his training needs. Elizabeth always provides great updates and adorable photos from each visit, so we know Rocky is having fun and staying safe. She's been reliable and flexible with our schedule, which has been a huge help as we adjust to life with a new puppy. It’s such a relief knowing Rocky is in caring and capable hands. We’re so grateful and highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking for an amazing dog walker!”

“Neetika is like the "dog whisperer"! She did a fantastic job with Gideon who can experience separation anxiety! She kept us updated on how he was doing and sent pictures of him!! She is amazing!!!”

“Lori was fantastic! She was able to take Colby last minute, and it worked out perfectly. Lori was so sweet and I know that Colby was lovingly cared for. She sent us pictures and stayed in touch.”
