Christine took wonderful care of my two cats! Our kitties have very different personalities - Cosmo is outgoing and Poppy is shy around new people. Christine played with Cosmo and gave him the attention he loves. She gave Poppy space, but made sure to find her every day and bring a bowl a wet food to wherever Pop was hiding. We loved getting the daily updates and pictures. It was so comforting to know that our cats were in good hands with someone who really cared for their wellbeing.
Mackenzie was wonderful once again! She was reliable, communicative, and always arrived right on time, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. I really appreciated the updates and photos, and it was clear my cats were happy to see her again! She handled both of their medications without any issues, and it’s such a relief knowing they’re in such good hands.
Maggie was absolutely fabulous with our two senior cats who are set in their ways! She was able to coax them out from hiding and they even accepted some pets from her (that’s not an easy task). Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
