About: My hands-on pet care experience comes from being a dedicated dog mom to three wonderful dogs. I currently care for a 13-year-old Shih Tzu, Dash and a 4-year-old Goldendoodle, Bubba giving me experience with both senior dogs and younger, energetic breeds. We recently lost our 14 year old Maltese, Ice T to heart failure, he fought hard and strong for 3 years. Caring for my senior dogs has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and recognizing the unique needs that come with aging pets, including maintaining routines, administering medications when needed, and providing extra comfort and attention. At the same time, my Goldendoodle keeps me active with regular walks, playtime, and plenty of mental stimulation. About: I grew up in the home of biologist who kept all sorts of pets. I have experienced caring for a variety of animals, however have the most familiarity with care for canines. I spent a few years fostering dogs with different issues such as separation anxiety and aggression. I raised and trained a Belgian Malinois from 16 weeks to 1 year, giving me experience with intelligent and high energy dogs. I woke full-time from home and therefore am available to be with the pets all day. I am currently a full-time stay at home mom who works remotely about 10 hours a week. MY schedule is open and flexible to accommodate pets. I currently have a 2 year old son who enjoys animals. I am mindful of safety practice for children and pets to keep both safe. I do not have a fenced in yard and will use a leash to leave the house at all times. Depending on your pet's behavior I can crate them and keep them separated in another part of the house.
