“At first we were apprehensive about choosing a new individual to care for our pets. Our first interaction with Brady was that he was a typical uninterested young man who would be ok, but be nothing special. We couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised and wrong in our initial assessment. Our assumption that he was disinterested was really him easily and fully understanding our needs the first time we explained them. He only asked intentional and poinient questions to get exactly the information he needed to provide an exceptional service; he didn't need additional clarification which made us think, wrongly, he was not fully engaged. Don't let his approach and directness fool you; he is fully committed to the job at hand and able to accommodate your and your pets' needs. Brady was excellent with our dog and cat while we were away. He took extra time to play with them daily even though it wasn't required. He was also easily willing to check on the house, find a missing mail package, and ensure the dog (who has storm anxiety) was her usual self after a major storm. He was very responsive to texts through the app even at odd times of day. We appreciate his willingness to be flexible with our delayed and changing flights and his anticipation of our needs.
