About: I’m that person who will wind down my window at a red light to say hi to a dog, go out of my way to pet a dog, and talk to a dog like it’s human. I promise to care for your dog as if he or she is my own. I have experience with little dogs, big dogs, and everything in between. I am happy to come to your home to care for your fur baby (or babies). I will be respectful of your space and ensure that any toys, leashes, etc are put back in their rightful place. I am happy to cater to any needs that your dog may have. I work from home Monday through Friday, so my schedule is flexible. I am happy to adjust my schedule to fit the needs of your pet(s). I provide care for your pets in your home based on their daily routines and give them all of my love! I can also walk your fur baby or babies for whatever length of time needed. I live in the bottom unit of a duplex home and have full access to a fully fenced in yard. My upstairs neighbor has a dog, but doesn't use the yard with his dog and exits through a separate entrance. I'm a gardener, so your dog will always be supervised while playing in the yard. We live near trails and a park, so there is plenty of opportunity for enrichment on walks as well. I allow my dog on the sofa, but if this is not a habit you want your dog to pick up, I will follow those instructions. I have past experience giving oral medication, caring for senior dogs, puppies, and dogs in recovery from an injury.

About: i have always been around animals and I love them so much! i’ve had 5 different dogs throughout my lifetime, both during my childhood and up until just a few years ago, and i currently have a cat named zuri. that being said, i am a cat person as equally as i am a dog person, but having a dog of my own just isn’t realistic for my life right now! my schedule is fairly flexible and I am willing to work with yours :-) i work a hybrid remote/in-person job and have a bit of flexibility in my schedule. evenings and lunch hours are the best times for me, and i’m also around most weekends! i try to keep my calendar on the Rover app up to date, but feel free to message with questions. i do have a 10 y/o cat that will be around if you choose to board your dog — just something to consider prior to booking! meet and greets are always a good idea, but i’ll let you make that decision!

About: Due to my emotional tenderness and playful spirit, I’ve always been able to build an instant connection with dogs of every age, size, and breed. I’ve helped care for the dogs of neighbors and family for many years and have had a dog of my own, Charlotte, for 4.5 years and my girlfriend and I recently adopted a sweetheart rescue named Sasha. I work in the Minneapolis Public Schools so while it is Summer I have a very open schedule. Once I return to work in late August, care I can provide is limited to evenings and weekends. I begin all relationships with dogs by trying to establish an emotional connection and getting to know them well, making sure in the moment that I am grounded, breathing deeply, and interacting from my fullest self. I also make sure that I am following the client’s best wishes, and care instructions since they know their pet best.

About: Every animal is different and I take the time to listen and get to know each of your individual pets quirks, abilities, and triggers. I’ve had animals all my life from small to large dogs and cats, living with roommates animals, and integrating pets with each other. Im good at being as attuned as possible to each animal from life experience and a little bit of research, but no formal training. I work for myself as a full time freelancer, so I create my own schedule and am super flexible! I’m pretty good with last minute needs and quick trips as i’m all over Minneapolis pretty often. I pay attention and follow all of the specific details about each pet for every client. I make sure to give them ample play time or cuddles and if they’re staying with me, properly introduce them to my cats. I have a backyard for running around and an upstairs just in case I need to separate animals and still give them plenty of space.
