“Erin and Ramon cared for our two little dogs and did an amazing job. They are fully set up in their home to care for little dogs and they are so knowledgeable because of their own dogs. Our older dog can sometimes be slow to eat and they took their time with him and made sure he got what he needed. Our younger dog is terrified of many things and they were kind and patient with all the fireworks over the holiday. We will definitely have Erin and Ramon watch our dogs again. They are great.”

We have one dog selective dog and he made sure to make him comfortable and not have to interact with any. Our other dog is a flight risk and he made sure she never got out of his yard. Grace is awesome! We were going out of town for memorial day weekend for a wedding and totally forgot to book a dog sitter until the week before. Woody loved his time with Grace and it’s clear that he was very well taken care of. Grace is awesome at communicating before, during, and after the reservation. she took TONS of photos of Woody throughout the days that he was there and the constant updates from her were so nice and so needed since this was my first time using a dog sitter on rover. i’m such an anxious dog mom but Grace really eased my mind with her updates and photos which i appreciated so much.
We are so thankful for Elsa and would highly recommend her! She watched our dog Benji for the first time as we left for a trip, but we had a stressful situation two days before dropping him off. Benji got sick and had new medication as well as an unpredictable stomach. We almost had to change our travel plans last minute but she insisted on helping us! We are so glad she did and Benji loved staying with her. Luckily he got way better while we were gone and all was good. Elsa followed all his new medication instructions without a problem and was very good at communicating with us on his recovery which we appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better first Rover experience and look forward to booking with Elsa again!
Erika was so great with our pup! We loved getting updates and knowing he was living his best life (hanging in the yard, meeting new friends, getting lots of snuggles, etc!), and we appreciated Erika's communication, especially when some rainstorms were making him really anxious. 😭 We felt at ease knowing he was in such good hands.
Eric and Martha are AMAZING!!! Crue and Cali had the best time cuddling up with them, playing in the yard, taking daily walks and more ☀️ I loved the frequent photos and videos to see how much fun they were having. It was such a peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands while we were on vacation. We can’t wait to see them again next time 🥰
Carmen was AMAZING with my Shiba Inu, Apollo! He can be very cautious and quirky, and Carmen was patient and let him open up at his own pace. Apollo came to trust Carmen very quickly, and they were best buddies by the end of his stay. He was snuggling in her spots and very playful once he came to trust her. Carmen sent me daily updates and many cute photos. I would highly recommend Carmen as a very trustworthy and caring caregiver for your pet!
