“Linda was absolutely wonderful! She was reliable, attentive, and kept us updated throughout the stay, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. When an unexpected situation arose upon her initial arrival, she handled everything calmly and responsibly, always putting our pet’s well-being first. It’s clear that Linda genuinely cares about the animals in her care and goes above and beyond to make sure they are safe, comfortable, and loved. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate sitter. 🐾💕”

About: I provide loving, personal care for your pet. I love animals of all kinds, and have had them all my life. I love to play and walk dogs, and treat them as if they are my own. I have a safe, fenced large yard and only take dogs on flea and tick control , non aggressive, and up to date on their shots, for the safety of my dog and others I care for. I can take dogs up to 25 pounds. I have been dog sitting for many years and can provide excellent references if needed. I require a meet and greet, to get to know your dog and for your personal assurance that I am the sitter for your needs. I also can accomodate dogs with special needs and other pets. A nightly stay is a 24 hour period, late pickups over an hour will incur a day fee for that day. This is so i can stay on a schedule for other appointments. Hope to meet your furry family member soon!!
About: If I could adopt all dogs, of all sizes and ages, in need of a home, I would but instead I've taken care of countless dogs in my community for over a decade and also raised two adorable pomeranians who are my most treasured assets. I work remote in the technology sector with a very flexible schedule so I can provide more time and quality care for dogs I look after! I am responsible and respectful of my clients' home environment and preferences. I prioritize the needs, comfort, and wellbeing of all dogs I look after to ensure they are safe, healthy, and happy!
“We highly recommend Jack for your pet sitting needs! He took care of our two large dogs for a week recently and it was an amazing experience! He is a true professional from start to finish. If you have ever boarded your dogs you know that the beginning and end of your trip are stressful whether it’s coordinating drop off and pick ups, having stressed out dogs, or returning to a stagnant house smell. We had none of these issues. We had relaxation and confidence. 📸 We received daily updates and pictures. ❤️ Our dogs were sooo relaxed upon our return! They love Jack! 🧼 Our house was tidy, clean, and looked better than when we left! 📪 Mail was brought in and sorted. Our pups and house were lovingly cared for and we greatly appreciate Jack! It makes the idea of future travel more relaxing and doable… see you soon Jack!”

“Alix did an excellent job when she dog/house sat for our dog Max. Our dog gets anxious when we leave and she helped him to make sure he ate. She sent us pictures every day and even helped water our plants. We’d recommend Alix and will definitely be looking for her to take care of Max in the future!”

“Amanda is amazing. Highly recommend. Anytime we go out of town we are so happy when she’s available because it means we get to enjoy our trip and not worry about our pups, knowing they’re in good hands.”
“Emily was absolutely amazing with our 10-year-old golden retriever, Anna. From the moment she arrived, she was punctual, professional, warm, and genuinely caring. She didn’t just “watch” our dog—she went out of her way to make sure Anna was happy, comfortable, and loved. What truly stood out to me was that instead of me thanking her for her time, she was thanking me for the opportunity to spend time with our golden. That level of sincerity and passion for animals is rare and priceless. It gave us such peace of mind knowing Anna was in such capable and loving hands. I will 100% be using Emily’s services anytime we need a sitter, and I can’t recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for the very best care for their pets. Truly, there aren’t enough stars to reflect how happy we are with her services! Lorne Stitsky Jupiter”

“ZoZo is a bit of a stubborn one and Patrick was able to overcome that with a bit of consistency. He’s timely, kind with ZoZo, and I think she even mostly looks forward to him coming around now - high praise!!”

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and have hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages and personalities. I’m confident handling all sizes and temperaments, whether a dog is playful and energetic or more calm and reserved. What sets me apart is that I’m very attentive and consistent. I make sure to follow instructions closely, keep routines steady, and always prioritize a pet’s comfort and safety. I treat every dog like my own and make sure they feel cared for, understood, and at ease while their owner is away. I currently work as a hostess with a steady schedule, so I plan pet care around my shifts. I’m generally available in the mornings, early afternoons, and later evenings, and I’m flexible on my days off for walks, drop-ins, and pet care visits. “Michelle is the absolute best! She stayed at our house to watch our older dog and cat while we were away for 8 days. She sent pictures, checked in with updates, and even helped us navigate an unexpected AC issue. She’s responsible, trustworthy, and a great communicator. My pets loved her! I would highly recommend her to anyone needing sitting services.”
“Peyton was amazing with all of our pets and took great care of our home while we were away. She’s friendly, clean and responsible. I’m looking forward to using her again for all of our pet sitting needs.”

“Andrea was truly incredible, especially given how last-minute everything was. She came all the way out to my home in a newer, more remote community without hesitation, which I really appreciated. From the moment she arrived, she was kind, compassionate, and incredibly accommodating. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions, wanted clear notes and structure, and made sure she understood everything—from routines to where the treats and supplies were. That level of care and attention gave me immediate peace of mind. My two dogs absolutely adored her and felt comfortable right away, which says everything. She also did a wonderful job caring for my two independent cats—something not everyone takes the time to do well, but she absolutely did. Andrea is reliable, attentive, and genuinely caring. I would trust her again without hesitation and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pets (and home) with real care and respect.”

“We had to hire Dianna at the last minute to stay at our house with our dog Kodi. She was able to show up the next day and stay at our house for almost a week with Kodi. She did a great job, took Kodi for walks, and sent us daily pictures to show us how Kodi was doing. When we got home, the house was clean and Kodi was happy and healthy. We would definitely recommend Dianna and would hire again.”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Limestone Creek
I hit the jackpot with Linda! She was the perfect pet sitter. She was attentive to Toby...following his play, walk and sleep schedule. I felt completely comfortable with his safety in her care. She asked a question if she wasn't sure about something, which I appreciated. There were lots of pictures and videos and updates. I enjoyed my time away knowing Linda was in charge of Toby.

Emily was absolutely amazing with our pups! She took such wonderful care of them and loved them as if they were her own. She spent quality time with them—relaxing by the pool, cuddling on the couch, and making sure they felt comfortable and loved while we were away. She stayed on top of their entire routine, from meals and walks to bedtime, and gave us complete peace of mind. She also took great care of our home and was incredibly kind, respectful, and reliable throughout her stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter and will definitely be using Emily again and again to care for our fur babies. We highly recommend her!

Maddison took wonderful care of our dog while we were away. She was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared about making sure he was comfortable and well looked after. It gave us such peace of mind knowing he was in great hands. We would absolutely recommend her!

I highly recommend Kathy for your pet sitting needs! She recently watched my dog Queenie, who has some anxiety from fleeing the dog catcher when she was four weeks old. Kathy did a great job trying to assure Queenie that not every stranger is a dog catcher! Kathy provided a safe, comfortable environment for my dog despite Queenies challenges. I would definitely book Kathy again!

Natalie was an excellent sitter. We received several updates and pictures of the pets... something that is severely lacking from sitters in this area. She was also very early, which worked out great for us! Our home was also left neat and clean, huge huge plus for us. Also, we didn't come home to anxious dogs for once! Natalie was just top notch!

Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Limestone Creek walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Limestone Creek maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Limestone Creek choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
