PLEASE NOTE: I WORK A FULL-TIME JOB IN AN OFFICE (based in Juno Beach) and may not be able to check on your pets as frequently as you’d like, especially during the day. I have experience caring all kinds of animals, personally and professionally for more than 10 years. Growing up and through adulthood, my family always owned Golden Retrievers. When I was young, I expressed interest in animal care and owning my own pets, ranging from small mammals, birds, and reptiles. In my teenage years, I started out pet sitting for family friends and have continued to pick up pet/house sitting gigs whenever and wherever I can. I also have experience administering medication to some of the animals I’ve cared for. Professionally, I have worked at a veterinary hospital and boarding facility for two summers. At this facility, I was responsible for the care and socialization of dogs of various sizes and demeanors. I also worked at my local humane society caring for cats and dogs with different lead styles, temperaments and bite thresholds. I was responsible for providing the dogs with three walks a day. Through this job, I also have some experience with clicker training and administering bordatella and rabies vaccines to incoming stray dogs. Looking to make extra money doing what I love! I do work full time, so my most open days for all services are Saturday and Sunday. However, I can accommodate AM drop in visits any day of the week. And I am open to pet sitting in your home any day, as long I can work it around my full time job. I provide regular photos and updates to owners to build and instill trust. I also make sure to follow care instructions as written to ensure proper care as intended. And I make sure to bring a calm and confident energy when entering and inhabiting your pet’s space. About: I have been dog and cat sitting since the age of 12 and have grown up with pets all my life before that! I have dog/cat-sat a variety of breeds, all of different shapes and sizes, and I can tell you that quality care of your animals is guaranteed! I am currently a full-time student. Margaret and Amos were amazing dog sitters. They watched are two dogs for 9 days and we were so happy with the experience. Our two dogs felt right at home and comfortable with them right away, even our anxious dog who always takes a while to warm up. While we were away they sent us daily updates and pictures. I can not believe how lucky we were to find Samantha at the last minute. She is everything one could hope for- completely reliable, great communicator, kind, and has an incredible way with our 5 mo puppy. I did not worry for one second while we were away. She already feels like part of our family.
