Smooth experience, exactly what I needed. When I told her I was running late and might need help picking up, she offered an alternative solution using uber pet and research prices for me. She sent picture when I checked on my pet.
Milena is WONDERFUL! My Sophie adored her and was beautifully cared for. Followed all my instructions (which involved quite a bit of medicine dosing) perfectly. And she’s a lovely person!
This was our first experience leaving our cat at home in the care of someone we didn’t know, and we decided to have Milena stay at our house. Honestly, she exceeded our expectations and made our trip so much more relaxing by keeping us continuously updated with photos and videos. She also followed our (very long!) list of recommendations to make sure our kitty felt our absence as little as possible. We came back to a happy, well-cared-for cat and a spotless home. I couldn’t have asked for a better dog walker/dog sitter! Melina is incredibly sweet, caring, and loving toward my four-legged best friend. Her attentiveness and sense of responsibility gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. She went above and beyond by sending me endless videos and photos, which made me feel connected and reassured the whole time. My pup was clearly happy, well cared for, and loved. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust completely with their furry family member!
