About: I've been a lover of all animals for my whole life. Since my dog recently passed away I've been looking for ways to spend more time with animals. When my brother and sister-in-law were telling me how difficult they found it to get good, reliable pet care I decided I would try and provide that for others. I'm a full-time teacher so I only have availability in the afternoon and on weekends but would love to help out some local animal families. I am usually home at about 3:30 pm. About: I adopted my first dog in second grade. He was my responsibility and as I got older, I learned that I loved going for walks outside as much as my dog. Now that I'm older, I love taking friends' dogs for hikes in new locations. I have even managed to train one of my friend's reactive dog so she pulls on the leash less. Sophia was a great cat sitter for us when we were away for an extended few days in the summer. Both our outgoing and our shy cat came out to enjoy her attention and we very much appreciated the updates and pictures she sent.
