“This was our first time using Rover.com and we were quickly at ease when we met Michaela and Ousta. Michaela sent me updates and pictures, and treated Lily like family. She came home happy and relaxed—I couldn’t ask for more. We already made another booking. Highly recommend! 🐾”

“If I could give Brandi and her squad of incredibly cute corgis more than 5 stars I absolutely would. We have never left our pup with anyone but close friends and family. Like most of you dog lovers out there our little guy is more of a fur child than a dog and we were nervous to give Rover a go when we needed to find a sitter. Brandi went above and beyond from our very first interaction. She met us at a park to get our dogs introduced for the first time on even ground. It was then and there we knew we had found someone we could truly trust with our pup. My wife and I have left our dog with Brandi on two separate occasions. Brandi is incredibly responsive, super flexible, and genuinely a wonderful human being. She would send us pictures to show how much fun our pup was having over the duration of his stay. If you are in need of someone to watch your fur child, look no further! Your pup will run inside her home and not even look back to say by. THANK YOU BRANDI!”

“Grace was amazing, she sent so many updates, and videos. I can tell bluey had so much fun, and was so well cared for. Bluey will be back to hang with Grace again. Thank you so much .”

“Lauren has cared for my Golden Retriever, Astro, for two overnight stays and has been wonderful both times. The first stay was for a week, and the second was for two nights. Astro is always so excited to see her, and it is clear how well she cares for him. She is dependable, caring, and someone I trust completely. I will absolutely continue to use her going forward whenever she is available.”

“We boarded our 1-year-old poodle with Jordan and her family for over a week, and we couldn’t be happier. This was our first time leaving our pup, but we knew he was in great hands from the start. He had some 'puppy jitters' and a difficult first night due to excitement, but Jordan remained calm and communicative, checking in with us to ensure he felt at home and they were so patient with his high puppy energy. After he settled in, the daily photos really put our minds at ease. It was such a relief to see him happy and having fun with other pups while we were away!”

“Paige was great with my dog when I had to go out of town for training. She took her for walks and sent me pictures. My dog was so happy when I picked her up. Id definitely ask Paige to watch my pup again. Thanks Paige!!”

“The cutest and best dog sitter! My dog looked so happy when I picked her up. Gia is so calm and sweet with my dog. They knew exactly how to handle my dog who can be a little skittish. They were easy to work with and I knew my dog was in good hands. They also worked with me booking last minute which was so helpful. Thank you Gia and Chad!”

“Niki was absolutely amazing with our hyper lab Moose! She took such great care of him for an entire week while we were on vacation and kept us updated with the sweetest photo updates, which we really appreciated. It was clear from the pictures and his happy demeanor when we got home that he was loved and well cared for. Niki’s attention to detail, patience, and genuine love for animals make her a fantastic sitter. We couldn’t recommend her enough and will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future!”

“Theresa was a great choice to sit our German Shepard puppy. She watched Moxie for almost a full week and was pleasant and flexible with our drop off and pick up schedule. Moxie came home happy as a puppy could be. I would definitely recommend her and use her again in the future.”

“Deanna took great care of my dog Mia and cat Daisy. Mia seemed to have a blast. Daisy doesn’t travel much and Deanna’s vet experience really assured me everything was going to be ok. If you ever need a sitter I would choose Deanna.”

“Gabby was extremely supportive to atlas during his stay. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness in proving updates of atlas and sending images. She was an amazing sitter for my first time using Rover”

“We were very satisfied with the care that Tonya gave our dog. She sent pictures a couple times a day and he seemed very happy to be there. We will definitely call her again when we need a dog sitter.”
“My GSP came home and slept for 2 straight days!! Jackson was well loved but also clearly had so much play time!! Claire was communicative allowing me to enjoy my time away knowing my pup was cared for deeply!”

About: My family has owned dogs all my life, from Pugs to PitBulls. I started dog sitting when I was 16 years old for close family members and family friends. I am currently working part-time . Anytime after 12pm I am able to stay/ visit with your pet. I can also stay over night if that fits your needs. I have experience cleaning houses and an Air Bnb, I will keep your space neat and tidy for you to come home to after a vacation.
About: Dogs have always been a part of my world, home training, loving, caring and fostering fur babies has been my pleasure. It’s an honor to be given their trust and affection and to provide safe shelter for them to develop and explore. I currently have a 5 yo Pom. I often have cared for friends’ dogs in my home. I have not yet found a dog I didn’t love and who took to me as well from pit bull to poodle. I present them with a calm gentle presence and they generally respond the same. They bring so much love and joy to my life and help keep me moving and healthy as well. I can keep on schedule with their meds and routines and keep in touch with you so you can know how they are doing. I am retired and very flexible on times and days. I am open to caring for your pets in my (condo) home or yours. I prefer a small (under 25 lbs preferably) dog for in my home. I am restricted to two pets at a time (including my Pomeranian) so only accept one at a time. That ensures your dog will receive lots of attention. I have direct access to yard that is far off streets and great for running and playing. If unsure, I keep your fur baby leashed and walk or run him/her 3 times or more each day. I can apply meds but no injections. There is one other dog besides mine in the condo building who is friendly and playful, and one Chin in the next building who is shy and stays away from others except occasionally. Your pup will be safe and secure.
“Charis was so amazing with my energetic pup! She was extremely accommodating, friendly, and made me feel so comfortable leaving my dog with her while I was camping. I highly recommend Charis to care for your pet knowing they’re in such good hands!! I look forward to booking again on my next camping trip”

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in WA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
