“Gia did amazing! We received photo updates regularly and they even gave him a birthday party. My kids were so sad to not be with him on his birthday but that definitely made them feel better! I would definitely rebook again in the future! You will not regret booking them!”

“Another great stay for Maggie with Kenneth and Ziggy! Great communication. Wonderful care. Maggie loves her times with the two of them. Kenneth was very accommodating when our trip was a bit longer than expected. Will certainly use again.”

“Jessica took care of my golden retriever dog Lucky for 8 days till yesterday. Lucky was well treated and he was very happy when he stayed with Jessica’s family. Jessica kept us informed regularly by posting the pictures of Lucky’s activities. Lucky was very playful with Jessica’s husband. Thank you Jessica for taking care my Lucky so well. Lucky will be definitely under your care for any future boarding.”

“Paige took great care of our dog while we were out of town. She was very communicative and he seemed to love getting lots of love and pets from her! Highly recommended!”

“Jordan and her family took such good care of Archie! We will definitely book with them next time we are in Wenatchee. He was healthy, happy, and the best kind of tired when I came to pick him up - and they know how important our furry family members are. Highly recommend!”

“Lauren has cared for my Golden Retriever, Astro, for two overnight stays and has been wonderful both times. The first stay was for a week, and the second was for two nights. Astro is always so excited to see her, and it is clear how well she cares for him. She is dependable, caring, and someone I trust completely. I will absolutely continue to use her going forward whenever she is available.”

“Gabby is just lovely! Super responsive. Super flexible. And her home is a veritable playground for dogs who just wanna have fun! My outgoing, almost two year old standard poodle LOVED being with Gabby, her dogs and her 4 children. DOGGY HEAVEN!”

“Bodhi and Ryder had a great time with Niki and her dog Benny. We did a meet and greet first to make sure all dogs got along and Benny is a gentle dog and got along well with my two pups. Niki is kind and easy going. Would book again!”

“Would highly recommend Theresa H and will be our first choice in the future. She made us feel comfortable from the moment we met Her. The regular text messages and pictures were an added plus. It was clear that Sadie was well taken care of. We had just taken her to the groomers days before our visit and when we picked her up 4 days later she looked and smelled the same. We appreciate her and will most definitely use in the future”
“She was fantastic! Extremely professional, sent pics of dogs every day. Our French Bulldog has short man syndrome and doesn’t always play well with others. She did a fantastic job. Both dogs were worn out and slept like rocks. Very Happy Will use again!”

“Thomas and Jennie were great! Upon our arrival, our dog literally ran up to their door and inside - I guess they must exude pet hospitality or something! We entrusted our dog to them and never worried at all how things were going. Periodic check-ins were welcome, but not needed because we were so comfortable leaving our dog with them. They made it very easy for us by their confidence and easy-going (but not lax) nature. We hope to leave our dog with them again next time we are in their area.”

About: My family has owned dogs all my life, from Pugs to PitBulls. I started dog sitting when I was 16 years old for close family members and family friends. I am currently working part-time. I don’t have a set schedule at my job as of right now, it fluctuates every day/week. The days I do work are usually 4-6 hour days no longer than 8 hours. I do get a 30-minute lunch break to check on the furry friends if needed. I have experience cleaning houses and an Air Bnb, I will keep your space neat and tidy for you to come home to after a vacation.
“We could not have asked for a better place to leave Bodi for the week! They welcomed Bodi into their home like he was their own. He had a quick meet and great and Bodi was ready for play. Jennifer sent daily pictures and updates to let us know how Bodi was doing and showing us how much fun he was having with their dog Miles. I’m not sure Bodi was ready to leave when we picked him up!”

We had a wonderful experience with Chad Family! They took amazing care of our dog while we were away, and we felt completely at ease knowing our pup was in such loving and responsible hands. They kept us updated, treated our dog like part of their own family, and made sure all of our dog’s needs were met. We came home to a happy, relaxed dog, which says everything. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness and care. Highly recommend Chad Family to anyone looking for trustworthy and caring pet sitters. Thank you so much!

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in WA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
