About: I have a lot of experience with animals, I have been managing a pet boarding facility for the last five years, taking care of and working with pets. I’ve also been housesitting and looking after pets for a couple clients for last three plus years. About: I absolutely love all kinds of animals and was lucky enough to grow up alongside big and small dogs, a hedgehog, hermit crabs and fish! While in high school I lived on a ranch working alongside working dogs and helping to work with rescue baby cows. I am comfortable giving medication as it was my primary job on the ranch. As an adult I rescued my sweet cat Ali who I didn’t get enough time with so I was versed in giving medication with cats as well. I no longer have any pets and am new to the area. About: I've had all kinds of pets growing up. As an adult I've had birds (parakeets and a lovebird), cats and dogs. I love doing basic training, supervised play time, and dog walks. I have worked with pets who have needed medication (not shots but willing to give them if properly shown how to), nutritional/physical needs, and senior animals. I am currently a full-time college student. My class and work schedule are new to me. However, I am flexible and open to discussion regarding your pet's needs. I have not yet found a dog I didn’t love and who took to me as well from pit bull to poodle. I present them with a calm gentle presence and they generally respond the same.They bring so much love and joy to my life and help keep me moving and healthy as well. I can keep on schedule with their meds and routines and keep in touch with you so you can know how they are doing. I am retired and very flexible on times and days. I am open to caring for your pets in my (condo) home or yours. I prefer a small (under 25 lbs preferably) dog for in my home. I am restricted to two pets at a time (including my Pomeranian) so only accept one at a time. That ensures your dog will receive lots of attention. I have direct access to yard that is far off streets and great for running and playing. If unsure, I keep your fur baby leashed and walk or run him/her 3 times or more each day. I can apply meds but no injections. There is one other dog besides mine in the condo building who is friendly and playful, and one Chin in the next building who is shy and stays away from others except occasionally. Your pup will be safe and secure.

We entrusted our dog to them and never worried at all how things were going. Periodic check-ins were welcome, but not needed because we were so comfortable leaving our dog with them. They made it very easy for us by their confidence and easy-going (but not lax) nature. We hope to leave our dog with them again next time we are in their area.”
