About: Growing up in a household that always had multiple cats and dogs running around made me learn quickly the ins and outs of caring for animals. I helped my family from a young age and also gained valuable experience pet sitting both dogs and cats during graduate school. Pets need attention, exercise and a consistent routine to feel happy and comfortable and I know how to provide this to them! I am a performer, choreographer and barista, so my schedule is not a normal 9-5. That leaves plenty of time for me to check on the pets, take them for some longer walks in the middle of the day and cover house/dog sitting on Weekends when needed. I am happy to stay at my home or yours, whatever is best for you and your pet! I care for my family's dog, Badger, by giving him a lot of exercise/walks, plenty of frequent opportunities to relieve himself in the back yard, lots of pets and keeping his feeding routine consistent. I care for my family's cat, Kenickie, by giving him some cuddles/sleeping time on my lap every day, keeping an eye on him when he is in the house in case he needs to go outside, and watching his food portions, as he is a chubby little dude. I also regularly check him for any scratches or bite marks. Sometimes he can get in tussles with other cats outside. For your cats and dogs I would match this level of care, so they feel safe and at home.

About: Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with three big dogs and have always had a dog, cat, or both at home. I love getting to know each animal’s personality, and I’m always happy to provide some extra walks, belly rubs, and attention. I’ll treat your pet like they’re my own and make sure they’re happy, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. I work in Leavenworth city limits and have great autonomy over my shift and break schedule. Most animals needs are something I can easily accomodate! With my own cat, Squish, I make sure they get daily playtime, a thoughtful diet, plenty of new toys, and lots of social time with friends and family. About: I’m a student so I don't currently have the chance to have a furry friend of my own, but I would give yours all the love I can during the time I have with them. I have lots of 1-2 hour breaks in my schedule where I can do a drop-in visit or walk your dog. I grew up with tons of medium and large dogs of many different breeds. Although I love hanging out with all animals, I am very allergic to cats so I'll only be able to go to homes without cats living indoor. Most of my experience is with active dogs and I have loads of fun walking, running, or playing with them anywhere they are comfortable (park or backyard). I also grew up with tons of different animals so if you need help with others like chickens, goats, sheep, turkeys, or cows, I would be your girl. Studying for my board exam provides an extremely flexible schedule that allows me to provide regular drop in visits or walks. I don’t have my own place so I can’t board any dogs, but hopefully that’ll change in the future! I have experience will all different sizes, ages, breeds, and temperaments of dogs. If any special safety or environment precautions are needed I would be more than happy to oblige.
About: I've taken care of our family dogs, cats, pets, and farm animals since the age of 7. We're an animal lovers household here at Walk and Sit with Maggie. We specialize in small to medium dogs for drop-ins, walks, daycare, boarding, and sitting needs. When Maggie is not napping we walk in the morning between 6am and 9am. Lunch walks are from 11am to 2pm with evening adventures at 6pm to 11pm. At Maggie's home we are fully secure with video monitoring, garage play area, and fenced back yard. Also, my son and I help walk the neighbors dogs whenever she needs and my schedule allows. I work Monday and Tuesday at 3 pm so I can fit in a walk before that. I am open to caring for your pets in my (condo) home or yours. I prefer a small (under 25 lbs preferably) dog for in my home. I am restricted to two pets at a time (including my Pomeranian) so only accept one at a time. That ensures your dog will receive lots of attention. I have direct access to yard that is far off streets and great for running and playing. If unsure, I keep your fur baby leashed and walk or run him/her 3 times or more each day. I can apply meds but no injections. There is one other dog besides mine in the condo building who is friendly and playful, and one Chin in the next building who is shy and stays away from others except occasionally. Your pup will be safe and secure.
