About: Hello! I’ve been living in Leavenworth for the past year and I’m highly interested in getting more involved with the community! I currently cannot own a dog or cat of my own due to my living situation. I have experience of taking care of dogs since I was a teenager. About: I've taken care of our family dogs, cats, pets, and farm animals since the age of 7. We're an animal lovers household here at Walk and Sit with Maggie. We specialize in small to medium dogs for drop-ins, walks, daycare, boarding, and sitting needs. When Maggie is not napping we walk in the morning between 6am and 9am. Lunch walks are from 11am to 2pm with evening adventures at 6pm to 11pm. At Maggie's home we are fully secure with video monitoring, garage play area, and fenced back yard. I can keep on schedule with their meds and routines and keep in touch with you so you can know how they are doing. I am retired and very flexible on times and days. I am open to caring for your pets in my (condo) home or yours. I prefer a small (under 25 lbs preferably) dog for in my home. I am restricted to two pets at a time (including my Pomeranian) so only accept one at a time. That ensures your dog will receive lots of attention. I have direct access to yard that is far off streets and great for running and playing. If unsure, I keep your fur baby leashed and walk or run him/her 3 times or more each day. I can apply meds but no injections. There is one other dog besides mine in the condo building who is friendly and playful, and one Chin in the next building who is shy and stays away from others except occasionally. Your pup will be safe and secure.
About: I can attune to the needs of your dog. If they are high energy I can do a hike around the valley or take them on a mellow walk in Cashmere. I am adaptable to what your dog needs.
