“Jenaya was kind and gentle with our pets. Both of them can be skiddish but near the end of her visits, they were excited to see her and sitting in her lap! She understood instructions well and was very helpful/flexible. She even helped grab a couple of packages that were left outside the apartment. Will definitely be using her if we ever need services again!”

“Josie is amazing, we had something come up where we needed to change the length of the visit and have her take our dog on a walk last minute and she was very flexible and eager to help. I've used her as a sitter for our dog multiple times and she always does a great job!”

“Hannah was so fantastic! We needed her last minute to let not only our two dogs but our friend’s 130# boy out while we went to The Gorge. She made time to come meet them and us before and sent us all the pictures and videos. Such a piece of mind and we will definitely use her again. ⭐️”

“Amaris is fantastic! She is prompt, thorough, communicative and professional in every sense. We are really grateful for the top notch care she gave to our cat, Alice! She gave us a peace of mind to a level that exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend her!”

About: I have taken care of chickens, dogs, and cats! I love caring for animals and would be happy to keep your furry friend comfortable and content! I am currently working full time so I am usually only able to check in every eight hours! my work can fluctuate but I get my schedule 2-3 weeks in advance! I will be as flexible as possible. I am attentive to bathroom and feeding schedules. I let them out on a regular basis and would be happy to take them on walks. i love giving them affection and cuddles!
About: I have taken care of my own dogs since I was 7. I love going for walks with dogs and being there when needed. I am very available and dependable. I have stayed over night, taking care of relatives and close friend’s pets for around 4 years. I also have volunteered at the humane society, working with dogs and cats. I work a part time job and I go to school but I can do check in’s, walks, and over night stays to take care of pets when needed! I walk dogs, feed them, clean up after them, and I groom my own dogs. I spoil these pups and often get toys and treats for my own.
About: All my life I have owned and worked with many pets; I currently live in a home with 6 animals. Four of them have been/are on tons of medications and strict diets so anything around that realm doesn’t phase me! I can be chill for lazy animals or hyper with an active animal; the ranges are endless with me. I have an extreme passion and love for animals! I strive doing what is best for the pet and pet parent. Our furry babies matter so much and should get the most out of their time with us! I currently have a very open schedule and can work around most times! I don’t mind little stop ins or longer stays for a while if you need to be out of town. I’m down for it all! I respect people’s homes and property as well as their sweet furry friends! I am flexible to whatever schedule and routines are needed to keep the place safe and everyone happy!
“Paige did a great job taking care of our two cats. They have completely different personalities and eating styles. Getting one of them, Charlie, to eat is a challenge. Paige was persistent, kept us updated, and was successful. We appreciate Paige's fine care of them and will use her in the future.”

“Thank you Lauren! We 100% recommend her services. She's really friendly and attentive. Sends lots of cute pics. She told us about her dog. We asked her if she wanted to brim him among when she feeds and walks ours. It gave our dog some social time.”

About: My family adopted an old dog from the Humane Society in my hometown back when I was younger. He died six months later because he was so old and had been abused by his previous owners. Soon after that, we adopted two foster kittens from a family friend of ours and named them Jack and Jill. They were the cutest and sweetest cats ever! Recently, I rescued a four-year-old rabbit named Boba. I have volunteered and have taken classes at my local Humane Society back at home for about two years. Personally, I have taken care of my friends and family's dogs and cats for about three years and have gotten paid to do so. I love bringing dogs on hikes and walks. I usually take care of them for a day or have them stay with me for up to a week. I have also visited friends' houses to take care of their dogs or cats. I have loved animals since I can remember, and I would love to take care of yours, too! I currently work at home, and my schedule is pretty flexible. I would love to pause my day for a moment to care for your pet and their needs. I currently live in a warehouse loft in downtown Wenatchee and am close to several pet-friendly parks, as well as the beautiful Riverfront Park walking path. Whether caring for your pet at my home or yours, I’ll provide lots of love, attention, playtime, and outdoor walks or potty breaks to keep them happy and comfortable.
“We’ve been so happy with Jennifer taking out our new puppy on days we can’t make it home from work. She’s super responsive and gives us lots of details and photos from her visits. It’s such a comfort knowing our growing and developing pup has a friendly caregiver to look after him when we need some extra support.”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - East Wenatchee
Highly recommend! Amorena watched our cat for about 2 weeks while we were on vacation with daily check ins. Throughout her visits she was very professional, good communicator, trustworthy. When we got home, our cat was by far the calmest and happiest she has ever been when coming home from a vacation, and we can tell she was well loved while we were gone. We will definitely have Amorena help us again in the future!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
