My dog is extremely active so I always set aside 3 hours minimum a day to work him out. I’m doing remote research at the moment so I have nothing but free time to care for your pet!

I know from experience that a dog is more obedient and happy if they are exercised often and given lots of loving. However, if I’m watching your dog in your home and they don’t regularly exercise, I won’t take them out of their comfort zone. It’s distressing to have their owners leave so I like to make sure that they’re as comfortable as possible by sticking to their daily routines while you’re away.

I would love to know if you’re dog is people friendly, good with other dogs (if they were to stay at my home), any diet restrictions and/or allergies. If they have any medications they need or any other quirks, I am a very fast learner and can adjust their care based on their needs.
A typical day
There are so many trails throughout Washington we can walk through. My pup loves to do the walking trails all around Pullman. With your permission, I would love to take your dog hiking with us too!

Took a break from Rover to focus on my PhD in Physics at WSU but with federal funding cuts, I can’t do research full time anymore. Luckily I can make use of my deep passion for animals!! I have an amazing dog that is very social and an intense academic schedule so in order to keep us both happy, dog sitting/walking is the perfect job for our lives!! We go on walks at least twice a day and would love more furry friends to join us! I dog sit for all of my friends, and have fostered three dogs and a cat, all at very young ages and trained them all to be modeled citizens (lilo & stitch reference) through positive reinforcement. I am more than experienced in treating every animal as if they were my own!

Thank you Lauren! We 100% recommend her services. She's really friendly and attentive. Sends lots of cute pics. She told us about her dog. We asked her if she wanted to brim him among when she feeds and walks ours. It gave our dog some social time.
Lauren is amazing with our pups. She’s so accommodating and patient with their quirky personalities. She provides great updates and lots of pictures. We feel so at ease knowing that they are well taken care of while we are out of town. We’d absolutely love to have Lauren take care of our pups in the future.
I cannot recommend Lauren enough! She is so knowledgeable and caring and handled my reactive dog with ease. The communication and constant updates and photos were amazing and brought so much peace of mind while I was away. Both my pups loved her and were so relaxed when I returned, which has never happened before. I’ll definitely be rebooking!!
Lauren was great. She came over before the gig to meet our dog and get oriented and checked in regularly with us and sent pictures. Will definitely use her again.
