She has a huge heart and tons of experience with dogs as her mother is a highly-decorated ethical preservation breeder. We were so pleased with how she cared for our 2 dogs. We received updates, along with photos from each day. Brianna is an excellent and thorough communicator and is not afraid to ask questions. She followed our instructions to a “T.” Our dogs got to see her a few weeks later after our trip and they were ecstatic to see her again. She exercised them daily as we had requested, taking them on walks and playing with them outside. Our home was tidy upon our return, dishes were in the dishwasher and she had started laundry for us even though we hadn’t expected or requested this. We were confident our dogs were being cared for and didn’t worry at all. I HIGHLY recommend her and hope she will be available in the future for other trips we go on.”

As our first vacation approached we had trouble finding and keeping a reliable sitter until Jacque and Rhyan saved the day. They were both very proactive, responsible and communicative every day which is very important to us. They understood well how important our pets are to us and anticipated what we might need to feel comfortable going away and trusting both our pets and our home to someone new. We got photos and videos of Roger and Mina every day which kept us at ease. Jacque and Rhyan went out of their way to spend as much time with our girls as possible, even with a last minute booking. The girls have a little separation anxiety since we are home with them all of the time and this first trip away was a big step. We could not be happier to have found Jacque and Rhyan who understand pets and their owners so well. We highly recommend them.”
