She was so attentive to his needs, accommodated any requests we made, and sent us tons of updates to ensure we knew he was well. Her family was very loving and kind to Simba as well, as was Manisha’s dog Bruno. We could tell when Simba got home that he missed her, a testament to what a wonderful experience she created for him!
