About: I moved back to Aloha in 2023 after 6 years in Central Oregon, where I first got involved with dog rescue and animal care. If there’s one thing people know about me, it’s that I’m a huge animal person. I don’t just "watch" pets; I really enjoy getting to know their personalities and making sure they feel safe while their owners are away. I have a lot of experience with the "tricky" stuff—dogs with high anxiety, medical needs, or those that just need a little extra patience. I'm used to following strict feeding schedules and making sure meds are taken on time, so you don't have to worry about their routine being disturbed. In addition to dogs and cats, I also have exposure to horses, pigs, goats, and chickens. I’m reliable, I’m a great communicator, and I’ll treat your animals like they’re my own. About: Being raised on a small farm, there have always been cats & dogs around to share in the ups & downs of life. I love leaning into each individual's personality and working with positive reenforcement to catch the animals doing good behavior! I have experience training/working with dogs of all ages. Sometimes our furry friends need extra care. I am experienced in oral medicine administration, wound care, ear & eye treatments (if need be)! I am available for pet care on a daily basis. I care for my cats & dog daily. If ever I need backup support, I have a network of folks willing to lend a hand. When pet sitting, I follow the instructions given by the owner regarding when to feed, how much food, how often they need to go outside. Beyond that, I typically tidy up the space every evening, sweeping/vacuuming, refreshing waters, etc. I try to develop a routine so that the animals know what to expect and can relax into a sense of order. About: I’ve been surrounded by pets for as long as I can remember! Growing up as the main caretaker for our domestic shorthairs and Burmese cats gave me a natural feel for feline personalities, daily routines, and keeping cats happy and comfortable. Over the years, our family home was also filled with dogs of all kinds, including a high-energy Border Collie and sweet sighthounds like our Greyhound and Whippet. Having such a diverse pack taught me how to adjust to different energy levels, training styles, and exercise needs with patience and care. I’m currently the daily caregiver for a wonderful Labrador, and for the past several years, I’ve also loved stepping in as a reliable pet sitter for my neighbors when they travel, making sure their fur babies feel safe, loved, and right at home while their owners are away. My schedule is super flexible! I’m currently a college student, but because almost all of my coursework is completed online, my days are wide open. Aside from the occasional weekday morning for a class or check-in, I’m available throughout the day and week whenever your pet needs drop-in visits, feeding, or extra playtime and cuddles. Safety and trust are my absolute top priorities whenever I’m caring for your pets, whether we are hanging out in your home or out on a walk. Years of hands-on experience with both dogs and cats mean I know how to spot potential household hazards before they become an issue, and I’m completely comfortable following routines like crating when needed. I’m also a keen observer of animal body language, so I always know when a pet is looking for extra comfort or prefers a little breathing room. Because I spend my free time constantly researching animal behaviour, friends and family actually joke that I am way too serious about pet safety. I wear that as a badge of honour because I am fiercely dedicated to making sure every animal in my care stays secure, comfortable, and genuinely happy.

About: I have dogsat for my grandparents numerous times, sometimes up to two weeks before. I’ve had pets my entire life and know how to walk, care and feed them! Pet care fits in my schedule because I care full time for my own cat, who is a Manx breed. He is pretty high energy and is very active, so I’m always giving him attention and caring daily for his needs. I care for my pets at home by making sure they’re fed and watered regularly, and taken outside regularly, as well as giving them attention.

Nowadays I live with an adorable cat aptly named Kitty (who's napping against my leg as I type this)! She's my landlady's pet; I look after Kitty every time I'm alone in the house, and Kitty always brightens up my day. :)) I want to learn more about different pet personalities and how to care for them with the respect they deserve. I treat home visits like a peaceful hike in the woods - leave no trace, and enjoy the company! I don't go poking and prodding around unless instructed to. I DO give lots of head pats and scritches if pets want them! I'm careful to refrain from over- and under-feeding pets, and I'm always open to hearing what I can do to improve in any area of pet care.
