“We are so grateful to have found Jacque and Rhyan! We had not been away from our two 12 year-olds in years and didn't have a sitter contact since moving from the Bay Area to Portland last summer. Our girls had previously only had one sitter their entire lives so this was a big change for us all. As our first vacation approached we had trouble finding and keeping a reliable sitter until Jacque and Rhyan saved the day. They were both very proactive, responsible and communicative every day which is very important to us. They understood well how important our pets are to us and anticipated what we might need to feel comfortable going away and trusting both our pets and our home to someone new. We got photos and videos of Roger and Mina every day which kept us at ease. Jacque and Rhyan went out of their way to spend as much time with our girls as possible, even with a last minute booking. The girls have a little separation anxiety since we are home with them all of the time and this first trip away was a big step. We could not be happier to have found Jacque and Rhyan who understand pets and their owners so well. We highly recommend them.”
