About: Rover is an amazing thing in my family's life. Our whole household REALLY LOVES DOGS. We love all the different dog personalities we get to know. We genuinely appreciate pet families trusting us to care for their pet(s). Boarding is our most used and preferred service of the Tree House. We have many regular clients who use our Boarding and Doggy Day Care services. We love all sizes of dogs and the full range of dog personalities. We host up to 4 guest dogs at a time and are very conscientious of the dogs we host and how they will interact. Therefore, if your dog does not do well with other dogs, our house may not be a great fit for your pet. We get requests for exclusive bookings, and where we can accommodate these requests, we will. ****price for exclusive bookings is 2X our service rate, currently $150/night or day care slot**** We require all new clients to do a meet- & -greet, so we can only accommodate last-minute new clients if we get a solid referral from another sitter, you are a friend of the family, or one of our regular clients referred you. We have found our guests do much better when they have been here and sniffed about before their stay. Your dog(s) will be loved and treated with the utmost respect by every member of our household and any other guests. Our home is very relaxed, and our backyard is a dog paradise with lots of shade and different areas for dogs to claim their own space. We always have a crew of dogs, so your dog will have plenty of stimulation and exercise while at our home. We work from home and are here nearly all the time. Pickup and drop-off times are flexible—the key is communication and consideration—fees may apply where either is lacking. The yard has plenty of room for guests to stretch it out and find their own space. We are happy to accommodate crating, and problem children will have some sort of time out until they can ground and be good guests. We are not disciplinarians but are pretty good at setting boundaries thru timeouts and rewards.

“Korin was on time and communicative! She was great with Tater and I really appreciated how patient she was when Tater was WAY over excited when she came over for a meet and greet. Would love to book her again in the future!”

“Ricky was fantastic! He is our new go-to dog walker for our pup. His check-ins were super helpful and detailed, and it was clear he really cared her. Always on time and communicative.”

About: Free Meet & Greets! Animals have always been a huge part of my life. From growing up with dogs and cats to caring for senior pets and high energy puppies. I’m the kind of person who talks to animals like they’re family, and I treat each pet with the same love, patience, and attention I’d want for my own. What sets me apart? I pay close attention to a pet’s individual needs and energy. Whether your pup needs a long walk to burn energy, your cat prefers quiet companionship, or your senior dog needs slow, gentle care, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, loved, and understood. I’m comfortable administering medications, sticking to specific feeding or care routines, and keeping communication open with you so you feel at ease while you're away. I want every pup (and parent!) to feel safe, happy, and cared for. To keep things smooth and stress-free, here are a few simple guidelines: ⏰ Daycare Hours Daycare includes up to 9 hours of care (a full workday). Please confirm your drop-off and pickup times when booking. If care is needed beyond 9 hours, there is an $8/hour late pickup fee. For pickups after 9 PM, please book an overnight stay instead so your pup can stay comfortable. 🤝 Meet & Greets For all new pups, I require a quick meet & greet to make sure everyone is comfortable and a good fit. 💉 Health & Safety Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and on flea/tick prevention for everyone’s wellbeing. 🎒 What to Bring Please pack your pup’s leash, harness, food, and any meds they’ll need during the day. Familiar items help them feel right at home. 🔄 Cancellations I follow Rover’s standard cancellation policy, but I always appreciate as much notice as possible if plans change. 🐕 Behavior For safety, I cannot host dogs who show aggressive behavior toward people or other pets. I’m currently fully available and have a flexible schedule, which means I can easily work around your pet’s needs. Whether it’s early mornings, midday check-ins, or evening snuggles, I’ve got the time and energy to be there when you need me. Your pet will get consistent care and attention, every time. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I prioritize creating a safe, calm, and loving environment. I pay close attention to routines, feeding instructions, and any special needs to make sure your pet feels secure and comfortable. I keep spaces clean, remove any hazards, and never leave pets unsupervised in situations that could be unsafe (like off-leash unless fenced). In your home, I respect your space just as much as I respect your pet—I treat it with care and leave things just as I found them (or cleaner!). I know it takes trust to let someone care for your furry family, and I take that seriously. Clear communication and gentle, attentive care are what I bring every time.

About: I grew up with few family dogs and cared for the dogs of my neighbors and friends as an adult. My presence draws animals of all ages and backgrounds to me and I love seeing the world from the perspective of a dog. During the pandemic I trained my neighbor dog and she still counts on me for discipline and affection. You and your dog can rely on me to provide care that ensures their well being and safety. I am a part time student at a local buddhist seminary learning to be a spiritual care provider. So I am available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday in the mornings, afternoons and evenings. On Tuesdays I am available from 12-6. On the weekends, if you want to take a trip, then I can house sit or pop in for walk or visit. I make it a priority to meet owners with their pets to establish rapport with the human and 4 legged being. I want to understand what motivates the dog and what the dog is sensitive to. I care for dogs by giving them walks, play, touch, positive regard and correction. I am patient and firm. I meet dogs where they are at emotionally, spiritually, and physically for them to do what I am asking. If I can't meet the pet owner, then leaving something like a "sub plan" for me to orient myself to your home, pet, and leash would be great. I skilled at making good first impressions, learning my way throughout a home, and messaging priority questions.

“Miki is an awesome dog sitter!! She has taken care of our energetic husky/shepherd mix, Taja, several times. Miki takes her on regular walks and trips to the dog park. She even brushed Taja's completely unruly fur and painted her toenails! Her love of four legged creatures is evident in how easily Taja jumps out of the car and bounds up to the house. Taja always comes home to us happy, well fed and fluffy.”

Alicia L.
“It’s clear that Alicia has a natural gift with animals. Over the years, I’ve watched her care for her own dogs, and others’ pets, with genuine love and commitment. She’s been a dedicated dog owner for over 12 years and consistently treats every animal like family. Alicia is reliable, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for.”

Mia A.
“Mia has a gift for working with animals. She started having pets at a young age with fish, mice, hamsters and birds, taking joy in interacting with them, feeding them, always being the first one to notice any health concerns. As she grew older she went to zoo camp, to SCPA camp, and she graduated to counselor sharing her love of animals with other children. Over the last few years she has regularly walked her many dogs, cleaned up after them, made sure they received needed vet care and nursed them back to health after surgery or illness. When younger, she would walk her two Chihuahua mixes, and helped care for them as they aged, became less mobile, and needed extra attention and medications. As a young adult, she raised one puppy Pit Bull from 6 weeks (now 5 years old), and adopted a mistreated Pit/Lab mix, who is now her best friend and companion. She is excellent at ensuring their routines are followed and spending quality time with them. She uses treats wisely, and has trained her dogs to follow her lead, sit and wait when commanded. She ensures regular vet care and gives medications, applies lotions and other vet-prescribed care with kindness. As she has started dog walking and care professionally, she has been a reliable, trusted caregiver. She has demonstrated her capacity with all types of dogs and her understanding that dogs not only need food, water and walking or play, but also interaction, reassurance, and love. I admire her ease with and love for animals, and am glad she can share her gift with other pet owners.”

Chad A.

“Chad has all the perfect traits of a dog sitter. He loves every dog, no matter its size or temperament. He is kind, patient, and responsible. I have known his own dogs over the past quarter century, and they have all been very happy, long-lived companions. I would not hesitate to leave my beloved companions on Chad's care.”

Korin M.

lee d.
“Lee has taken care of our dogs twice this year (so far) and is our first contact whenever we travel. Our dogs love Lee as they get long walks on our nearby trails and lots of affection. We always ask if Lee can join us for dinner the night before we leave so he's with our dogs when we leave. We have had great conversations over dinner as Lee is a world traveler with many fascinating interests and work history. Lee has kept us informed on our trips away with photos and we have always returned to our home that is tidy and clean. We highly recommend Lee for any pet and/or house sitting.”

Nicola & Michael A.
