I never once had to wonder how Romeo was doing; I could see how happy and comfortable he was every step of the way. Additionally, Romeo absolutely adored Maisa's two dogs. They played well together and by all accounts there were no issues integrating Romeo into her home. It was clear she genuinely cared about Romeo and treated him like one of her own. Her attention to detail, warmth, and reliability gave me complete peace of mind. I came home to a happy, healthy pup, and I know he had a great time playing with her two dogs! Luiza took great care of my dog! My dog had a health emergency right before my booking and she handled everything very well and made sure my dog was okay while I was away. Not to mention my flight was drastically delayed on the pickup day. I’m so greatful for her understanding and flexibility - would definitely rebook again!
Holly had the best time at Heather’s house. She always gets to play with other doggies and we know our princess is being well taken care of. This was her first overnight visit and I’d say it was a success! Holly is currently fast asleep in her bed and hasn’t moved from all the fun she had since we’ve been home.
