“This was our first time using rover, so we weren’t sure what to expect. We had booked a stay at the Great Wolf Lodge in nearby Manteca, CA, as part of a multi-day road trip from Southern California to Washington. Because we were on a road trip, we needed someone who could be flexible with the drop off and pick up times. Jasmit was so helpful! With her great communication and flexible nature, the drop off and pick up was easy and quick. She also sent us daily pics of our little pup, which was such a nice thing to see every day.”

“Alicia and Jake were very accommodating as I had to change drop off times to after 11 due to traffic and time straint. This was Lilos first time away from us and I was glad that AnJ responded and sent me updates and pictures of my pups to me! I will definitely be having them take care of Lilo again!”

“We have left Baxter with Shayne numerous times, and he has been returned to us more energetic and happy. Although we are in Tracy, it is worth the drive to Stockton as we know that Baxter will be well taken care of.”

“We had a great experience with Bridget. Given our last minute request Bridget was really responsive and accommodating and based on all the photos we received throughout, Izzy our Sheepadoodle had an awesome time! I would definitely recommend Bridget!”

“Our dog sitter was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, reliable, and communicated with us every step of the way. It’s clear she genuinely cares, and she is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. We felt completely at ease knowing our dog was in such good hands. Highly recommend!”

About: With years of hands-on experience caring for small dogs, I’ve looked after everything from playful puppies to sweet senior pups. I understand their unique needs—from gentle handling and cozy spaces to lots of love, patience, and personalized attention. Whether it’s cuddle time or short walks, your little one is in safe, loving hands with me. I’ve raised 6 of my own pugs (all were disabled and from shelters) and have one Morkie. All had aged gracefully, received lots of love and tlc and eventually passed on. I’ve got my Morkie left and I am just sad and lonely so have turned to caring for others’ fur babies.. Pet care is a natural and joyful part of my weekly routine. I’ve structured my schedule to prioritize flexibility and attention for the pets I care for. Whether it’s daily walks, feeding, playtime, or cuddle sessions, I make sure every pet gets the consistency, love, and care they deserve. Since I work from home and have a flexible schedule, I’m able to give pets regular attention throughout the day, not just check-ins. It’s not just a job for me—it’s a part of my lifestyle. When caring for pets in my home, I create a safe, calm, and cozy environment where your dog feels loved and secure. I follow their usual routine as closely as possible—whether it’s feeding times, favorite toys, or nap schedules. Small dogs especially enjoy my clean, fenced-in yard and dedicated pet spaces for lounging and play. I never leave pets unattended for long and provide plenty of attention, short walks, potty breaks, and cuddle time throughout the day

That really made me happy, to know he was somewhere safe while I was gone. Thanks, Gianne!! I'm sure you'll see Bear again!”

About: Experience with two adorable small dogs - a sweet Junior, Shih Tzu, and Oliver, our friendly Lhasa Apso. Both Junior and Oliver are indoor dogs that bring joy and warmth to our home. We adopted them from the San Jose animal shelter approximately 9 years ago, and they have been cherished members of our family ever since. **Our Dogs:** - **Junior (Shih Tzu):** Junior is a lovable, calm, and cuddly companion. He enjoys lounging around, playing with soft toys, and receiving gentle pets. His affectionate nature makes him a perfect family dog. - **Oliver (Lhasa Apso):** Oliver is equally chill and enjoys snuggling up with us. He loves gentle walks and is always ready for a bit of fun. His playful yet calm demeanor is a wonderful complement to Junior's personality. I have the wonderful opportunity to work from home, which gives me a flexible schedule that allows me to adapt to your needs. This means I’m available to provide ample love and care whenever your furry friend. We like to follow a schedule to keep routine with how you do things at home with your pet.
