About: I have had dogs since I was a kid and have taken care of lots of other people's dogs. I recently retired early, so I have more time to hang out with more dogs! I am very fit, and I am comfortable walking little dogs and big dogs. I also have a fenced yard...which is great for doggy play dates! I am flexible nowadays. I can walk your dog (s) and/or take care of your animals when you are gone- feeding, walking, playing, and definitely loved on! Playdates are also welcome at my residence after meeting my dog so I can make sure they are compatible. I have a large fenced yard. My dog and I recently completed a dog training class. I can train basic obedience skills, such as not pulling on the leash. I really love dogs.....if I haven't said that already! The dogs I have owned were all well behaved. My backyard is fenced and a beautiful park with a small walking trail is directly behind my house. About: I've had family pets my entire childhood, and continue to care for them when my family was away. I've also always had a pet in my own home! I've cared for dogs of all ages, cats of all ages, and various small animals! I'm currently a stay at home mom, and have a relatively flexible schedule. About: When I was 10 years old, I presented my parents with a powerpoint of why they should get me a dog… it didn’t work. Every day for the next 7 years, I asked them if they had changed their minds yet and it was always a no. When I was 17, they finally said yes! That dog changed my life forever, and eventually we adopted a second dog. Ever since I moved out of my parents house and into my own apartment, I have dreamt of getting a dog of my own. Until that day comes, I would love to take care of and share some love with your dogs. I currently work four to five days a week as a barista, usually from about 8 am until 4:30 pm. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
