About: I’ve had dogs my entire life from hunting dogs as a kid to my labradors once I had my own house. We also are Rover customers as well and know what pet parents want to hear and see when you are out of town. All five family members are dog lovers, and we all enjoy having extra dogs at the house. I work from home, and my wife works from home two days a week. We also have three children that love dogs. Kids are 19,18 and 13. We have a huge fenced in yard in a gated community. Dogs are allowed on furniture. Your dog will get plenty of playtime with our 8 year old Labrador Rusty, and will get 1-2 walks a day if your dog takes walks.

The pictures during her visits while we were away were nice to see and she always replied quickly to messages. The cats were well cared for and I am grateful!”

About: I have experience grooming dogs, dog sitting and I have two dogs of my own. I’ve worked in several kennels and done some veterinary care as well. I’ve fostered both cats and dogs. I have been laid off of my job and am just doing part time fun gigs for the mean time. I need a flexible schedule, as I am a mom to a tiny human as well as our dogs. I care for animals as their owners would like me too! I follow instructions carefully and am a faithful employee. I also go the extra mile if I’m able to, such as cleaning/organizing if needed. I have a young daughter (3.5 years old, loves animals) who would be very likely attending the visits most of the time. She is good with animals, but I understand that not all animals like children. Just something for consideration :)

This is what I do full-time and therefore I am very flexible with helping where and how I am needed with your furry family member. I take my dog for a walk, make sure there is plenty of fresh water, take out for frequent potty breaks and clean up after.

About: I’ve had animals my whole life, I’ve adopted and fostered high maintenance dogs such as an old English bulldog, I’ve had cats my whole life. I have a pet rabbit, and I love animals, sometimes more than humans. I work from home and I rarely leave during the week. I am able to set my own schedule, so I’m able to provide excellent supervision. I love love love my animals. All of my friends would tell you I spent too much time and money on animals. My fur babies are allowed on the couch and my sons bed. I make sure that they have water and food and any medication you may have for them.

About: Hello, pet parents! I joined Rover because I love dogs! I started Rover during a gap year between undergrad and law school. Now I am in school, but I still spend most of my day at home and would love a study buddy! From years of working in animal shelters, pet sitting for friends, and from growing up with dogs I have gotten to know a lot of doggo personalities! I love each one and make sure they feel that love when they are with me. Trust between me and you and between me and your pet are the most important thing to me and I’m excited to build that up. I’m looking forward to hearing from you and meeting your little (or big) bundle of joy! I’m typically home all day, and do not board dogs on days I know I will be busy. Your loved one will never be alone for long! I have a fenced patio where me and your pup will likely spend a lot of time, however I do not have a yard. I have easy access to grassy areas within my complex and all parts of my home will be open to your loved one!

Whether it’s daily walks, feeding, playtime, or calming nervous pets, I treat every animal like my own. I’m attentive to routines, gentle with shy pets, and confident with energetic ones. I work a full time day job in Lakeway and look after animals before and after that. (I also check-in on overnights during my lunch break.) Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my first priority.
