Sending us pics and updates often via text while we were at the park. Friendly personality and very caring, treating our puppy just like her own. We liked that our puppy had other small bread dogs to run around, play and take walks with. This is perfect for our little guy who has an abundance of energy at times. Hokie has anxiety with thunderstorms which I made Jordan aware of, she was willing to work with her and was observant when a storm was coming to be proactive with ways to calm Hokie. Initially, my stress was finding a reputable and fit sitter for my 8 month Daisy Mae daschaund mix and trust me I did my intense research before coming across JC PET HOTEL! After reading the profile they had met my expectation and booked with them. The process online and the fact that they were available for the holidays was amazing and for a reasonable charge. Her husband Jorge and kids greeted me on the day of dropping off Daisy Mae. I must admit, on the way to the airport I was having anxiety and Carilyn and team was ultimately amazing. Every day before lunch I received a picture and an update. The first 2 days she looked a bit nervous and is expected, but by the 3rd day I saw she was at ease. She was having fun with the other furry friends! I was given details of her playtime, treats and toys I had provided and how she was interacting with others. Basically, these updates was so appreciated as I felt they held my hand throughout this whole process to be relaxed and I was assured I would come back to a Happy Daisy Mae. When I arrived to pick up Daisy I was greeted by Carilyn. Such a pleasure to meet her as well.Very friendly and importantly professional and appreciated some training recommendation she shared being that my pup is still learning. Love that they offer daycare as well! Looking forward to coming back in the near future.
