Initially, my stress was finding a reputable and fit sitter for my 8 month Daisy Mae daschaund mix and trust me I did my intense research before coming across JC PET HOTEL! After reading the profile they had met my expectation and booked with them. The process online and the fact that they were available for the holidays was amazing and for a reasonable charge. Her husband Jorge and kids greeted me on the day of dropping off Daisy Mae. I must admit, on the way to the airport I was having anxiety and Carilyn and team was ultimately amazing. Every day before lunch I received a picture and an update. The first 2 days she looked a bit nervous and is expected, but by the 3rd day I saw she was at ease. She was having fun with the other furry friends! I was given details of her playtime, treats and toys I had provided and how she was interacting with others. Basically, these updates was so appreciated as I felt they held my hand throughout this whole process to be relaxed and I was assured I would come back to a Happy Daisy Mae. When I arrived to pick up Daisy I was greeted by Carilyn. Such a pleasure to meet her as well.Very friendly and importantly professional and appreciated some training recommendation she shared being that my pup is still learning. Love that they offer daycare as well! Looking forward to coming back in the near future. Justin took such great care of Alfred during his stay! As a bulldog, Alfred requires a little extra attention and care, especially with things like keeping his wrinkles clean, and Justin did a wonderful job making sure he was well cared for and comfortable. He also sent a lot of pictures and updates throughout the stay, which we really appreciated and gave us peace of mind while we were away. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for Alfred and would definitely trust Justin to watch him again. Highly recommend!
Veronica took great care of my dog. She is a very nice, hardworking young lady who genuinely cares about animals. She was professional, responsible, and communicated very well. Spooky had another wonderful stay with Karyna and Emre! He stayed with them for 10 days and everyday we received multiple updates (videos and pictures) of all the fun he was having. It felt like Spooky was on his own vacation with all the fun things he was doing, which made us feel really comforted. We will definitely book with them again!
Jesse is an elder statesman, with elder statesman needs. Ehimare was great with him. I asked Ehimare to overnight board Jesse on two separate occasions while I was traveling. Ehimare graciously welcomed Jesse into his home, and I truly appreciate the care, patience, and subtle approach Ehimare gave to Jesse. He seems to understand dogs and truly care about them. To me, that means a great deal.
We couldn’t have been happier with Nona’s stay with Isabela! She took such wonderful care of her, and it was clear Nona was comfortable, happy and treated like part of the family. Isabela’s communication and updates gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It means so much to find someone you genuinely trust with your dog, and we would absolutely leave Nona with Isabela again. Highly recommend!

Leo was such a great dog sitter for Boo. He cared for her for 3 weeks while I was recovering from surgery. He sent me updates daily and made sure Boo had everything she needed to be comfortable. I would highly recommend him and will be using him to care for my Boo again.😊
