“This was our 1st time leaving Dodger with anyone other than family and our 1st time booking thru Rover. Our Dodger has some issues with trust/anxiety of strangers so I wasn't sure if this was going to work or not, but when I messaged Ginni and Tom and explained the concern they were more than willing to give it a try. Ginni reassured us that they have taken care of other dogs with the same issues and so we set up a meet and greet a couple days before the actual booking date. From the 1st moment we met Ginni and Tom I had a good feeling about them and their house and yard. They were so welcoming and made Dodger feel so relaxed. He played in their fenced in backyard for a bit then went inside the house where we visited in the living room. Dodger even snuggled up to Ginni while we chatted. We booked for 3 nights and they were so accommodating to our (somewhat picky) miniature schnauzer. I received photos and updates once a day and that really put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Ginni and Tom and we will be booking again with them.”

Karyna and Emre took excellent care of Spooky. We were nervous about leaving Spooky with someone new so we reached out to Karyna and Emre for a meet and great and after talking to them and seeing them interact with our dog we felt comfortable. They asked us a ton of questions to understand our dog and his needs. He stayed with them from Thursday to Sunday and they sent me plenty of pictures and updates daily. They walked, snuggled, set up his enrichment toys and gave him plenty of treats. It was apparent he was very comfortable there with them.
Gina is the BEST!! We always get so nervous leaving our dogs with new people, and from the very first conversation, Gina set our nerves to rest. She asked a lot of very helpful questions to be clear on our needs, and her communication was great – always very quick to respond and clear. When we were on our trip, she consistently sent us detailed updates and pictures, and we could tell that our dogs were very loved while we were away. I highly recommend Gina!
We had a wonderful first experience with the Rover App. Leda was so friendly and you could tell she had tons of experience with dog sitting. We felt so comfortable leaving Ollie in her capable hands for the weekend. She was so accommodating with pickup and drop off times and was great about sending updates on our sweet boy all weekend long. Queenita was excellent with taking care of my dog. She was super attentive of everything. From the meet & greet, drop off, and pick up she made sure she was crystal clear on all my instructions and everything came back super clean, including my dog! She kept me updated on all details from my dog’s potty schedule to how much he ate of each of his meals and sent me so many pictures which means a lot to me. I could tell she really cared for my dog and went the extra mile to cater towards his needs since he is a senior. He was very comfortable while staying with her and I liked that he had Ellie to hang out with as well! I highly recommend Queenita if you are looking for a great pet sitter!
I couldn’t wait to leave a review for Jeanette because she was absolutely amazing! She accepted my last minute weekend booking for my Fluffy Frenchie, Gizmo, and made the entire experience completely stress free. From the very beginning, her communication was consistent, thoughtful, and reassuring. She kept me updated throughout the weekend with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Jeanette went above and beyond caring for Gizmo, she played with him, took him on walks, and even brought him to the park so he could get exercise and have fun. You can truly tell she genuinely loves and cares for the dogs she watches. I’m new to Orlando, but I can confidently say I’ve found Gizmo’s forever sitter! Thank you again, Jeanette, for taking such amazing care of my little guy!
Tanya took great care of Blaise and sent us daily updates. Blaise stayed with her for almost 3 weeks while we were out of the country. She had some skin issue prior to the stay but Tanya did an amazing job monitoring her and putting lotion on her skin. I can tell she took good care of her because there are no new spots and her skin is healing well. We definitely recommend Tanya!
