“Natalie is great. She goes above and beyond to help out and find the best options for Taco to fully enjoy his walks. I never used this app or a dog walker in the past. Natalie has given me the peace of mind and trust that my baby Taco is in good hands. We love her like our family. Thank you!”

About: Hi! I’m Devin, a lifelong animal lover with a soft spot for dogs of every size, shape, and personality. I’ve spent years caring for pets for friends, family, and neighbors — and now I’m opening my doors (and my heart!) to pups on Rover. Whether your dog is a high-energy goofball or a snuggly couch companion, I make sure every dog feels safe, loved, and at home. I've trained my own little pup from 8 weeks old and he's a Shiba (well known for their stubborn personality) I dont work weekends or holidays, plus my lunch breaks are typically on the longer side (1 to 3 hrs). Fitting in check ins, potty breaks and walks are a piece of cake. I believe in positive reinforcement, gentle guidance, and keeping each pet’s individual comfort level in mind. I pay attention to body language and energy, and I always go slow with nervous or shy dogs so they can warm up at their own pace.
About: I've been around dogs my whole life- growing up, our family dogs always slept in my room, played hide and seek with me, and I've always been the one naturally drawn to caring for and protecting animals that crossed my path. I currently have my own furry kid, a Shih Tzu/ Bichon mix with a pink tail, so daily walks, feeding/ potty routines, playtime, and lots of love is my joy, my connection with my soulful self. I was a schoolteacher for 8 years, elementary and middle school. I'm patient, attentive, kind, and treat every pet like I'd want a human to treat my baby. I'm comfortable with puppy care, the frequent potty schedule, supervision, and playtime. I'm also comfortable caring for senior dogs (as my Boston terrier lived beautifully until the age of 15). Taking extra time on walks, giving meds, making sure they feel safe and comfy, just how I'd hope someone would care for me. I think I'm unique in the way that I see that every dog just like all of my former students, they're all different. They each have their own little mind filled with thoughts in their own little world. The kids and 4 legged kids, they need the same individualized care and attention, and also to feel accepted and understood. I run a small truckling company which allows me to have pretty flexible hours during the day, which is why I decided to get on Rover. Madi and I are pretty routine, as we prefer less chaos lol. I would request detailed instructions on routines, fun games, food/walk/play schedules, anything that makes this unique boy or girl the most comfortable they can be!, which will be a win/win for paw parents.
“We had a great experience with Julia. She communicated well, was reliable and kind. She was great with our pup and gave her the care we needed. Would hire again in a heartbeat.”

About: I cannot remember a time where I have not taken care of and loved dogs! I grew up with many animals and now have my own special good boy as well as being an auntie to many other pups. I promise to take care of your family member with the same care, attention and affection as I do my own. I currently work for a private practice as a mental health therapist. I make my own schedule and have lots of downtime between sessions, as well as in the mornings and afternoons. I am currently caring for pets in their own homes. My top priority for your pet includes safety, trust and honesty. I will always make sure your pet is safe and comfortable while in my care. I have experience with and feel comfortable giving medication and adapting to medical needs. I understand that our pets are our family.
“I needed a last minute dog walker and luckily Nina was available. She did cancel one of the two days due to a family emergency but that’s okay, things happen! She communicated with me the entire time and took great care of my dog (including carrying her when she didn’t want to walk anymore). Would recommend! She even played with her after!”

“It is so nice being able to go to work or on vacation when Hailey is watching my dog. She takes care of my dog like she’s her own pet. She gives great updates and takes the cutest pictures. Very reliable and trustworthy. I highly highly recommend her.”

“Jenn is such a rockstar. She walked, trained, played, and fed our dog while I had to go into office for the week. She provided great notes and pictures. She stuck to the schedule i provided but did lean on Nias temperament where necessary. Jenn is so careful and considerate. She is officially my go to for puppy sitting or walking.”

“I am so grateful to have found Brittni, she is wonderful with my 6 month old Golden Retriever. Brittni responded quickly, kept me updated and took some great pics. I look forward to using her again!”

“I would recommend Jacinda to anyone! We did an initial meet and greet to make sure Honey and her were comfortable with each other and to make sure there were no issues with getting to my apartment. She kept in touch and provided photos of Honey after their walk. She’s on time and reliable with responding quickly.”

About: Okay, maybe not reindeer because realistically, who keeps deer as pet here in Florida... But dogs? Hands down🐾 Dogs will always be better than people. Growing up, I always had dogs and cats around and adored every moment with them. A dog person at heart, I also have a soft spot for feline friends. Over the years I have done my fair share of dog sitting on the side, but most of my animal care experience has come with responsibilities as a family pet owner. Although I don't have any of my own currently, I am eager to meet your fur babies and love them *almost* as much as you do. Puppies are better than people after all 😉 I currently work part time at Costco, with a varying schedule from week to week. I typically work in the evenings 5-11pm, as well as afternoons from time to time. I live in College Park, near Colonial off Edgewater. Nearby are many parks, trails, and potential adventures to be had. I have a partially fenced yard at my house. I am more than happy to help you and your pets with any caretaking needs you might have, So please reach out with any questions.

About: I've had pets my whole life, especially dogs who've enjoyed long and happy lives. Right now, I even have a sweet old 14-year-old lab mix. Hey, I'm free right now and happy to help out. Plus, I've got my own ride, so getting to you and your furry friend won't be a problem at all! I get that every pet and their person has their own special way of doing things. About: I have been working with animals since I was in high school. I have experience as a veterinary assistant, and I am currently in school for animal science with plans to be a dog trainer. Me and my dog Mike currently are training to compete in dog sports. I have owned and pet sat animals of all kinds throughout all of my young adult life. Currently I am in online school full time, and my schedule is entirely curated around my pet training and dog sitting needs. I am free as early as 6am and as late as 11:30pm, depending on the pets needs. I will request detailed information about the pets current care and routines, and design sitting around what is most similar to the pets usual routine. Any changes to a pets usual routine will be discussed prior to any services, and will be made only if necessary for the safety of the pet.

From daily walks to cozy in-home sitting, I tailor every service to your pets needs. I have particular expertise with senior pet care and reactive pups. My goal is simple: happy pets and worry-free humans. I work from home, which allows me to offer flexible and consistent pet care throughout the day. I can accommodate early morning/mid-day walks, afternoon play sessions and evening sits. I’m happy to follow your pets regular routine or special requests. About: I am my friends & family’s go-to for dog/cat sitting. I have a lot of patience for pets, especially for the seniors & special needs. I am a post - graduate student using pet sitting as a way to stay upbeat while applying for employment. I am available during the week and will be open to bookings on the weekends with pets/clients I am familiar with. I’ve always had a high standard of care and empathy for my pets and will extend that love to all pets. As a previous owner to a senior dog with IVDD, I have a lot of patience during walks and am used to cleaning up accidents. I do not use discipline as a means for teaching/order and instead prefer positive reinforcement such as treats.

“Andrew was so amazing and caring with my little Flynn! He’s still a puppy so he required lots of patience which Andrew provided! I am so thankful I have someone I can trust to take care of Flynn for me, will be using again in the future! Thanks Andrew!! ?”

Lake Sunset dog parents share their Rover experiences
Quade did a great job walking and taking care of our golden retriever while we were out of town. We communicated several times before we left, and everyday while we were gone. He always responded timely to my texts. We felt very comfortable with the care our dog was given and did not worry about her while we were gone. I highly recommend Quade and will definitely use his services again.
I couldn’t have asked for a better dog walker! Kelsey was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared about my dog. Every update came with photos and a thoughtful note, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. I’ll definitely be booking with Kelsey again. Highly recommend!
