“We had Rui booked for August 17-26 for a long time. As we’re packing for our trip, word comes that a hurricane is coming on the 20th! Rui took great care with our dog (as usual) but the care and effort he put into “battening down the hatches” was above and beyond. I can’t say enough about how he made sure our dog and house weathered the storm. This was the longest we had been away from our dog, who usually experiences some anxiety when we are away. But it was clear from the images Rui sent and, more importantly, our dog’s happy, carefree demeanor when we got home that he had a great, anxiety-free time with Rui. We are so grateful to have found Rui!”

“We just worked with Susan for the first time, and we won't use anyone else whenever she is available. She did a great job with our two cats during an overnight stay on short notice. The cats can be a challenge because one is a diabetic needing insulin injections, and the other is a very picky eater. Both cats were calm and happy when we came home, and the house was in perfect order. All of our instructions were followed perfectly, except Susan stayed later than we had asked because she wanted to be sure the cats were safe and we got home on time despite bad weather. We recommend Susan very, very highly.”

We started out with them being a little watchdog and it caused some problems because they didn’t know Katie at first, but she hung in there and as soon as they got to know her everything was fine, she did a great job taking care of them. “I am giving Sarah 10 stars!! She has the best personality and you can tell she really loves pets. Sarah is always smiling and went over the top to make sure we knew how much Murphy was loved while we were on our trip. Bringing someone that you don't really know can be an uneasy feeling, but she made us feel so comfortable. We got lots of updates on their playtime outside and chill time in the house. When I came back home and walked into the house he just looked at me like "Oh, it's you" I am pretty sure he was looking for Sarah! I have already booked her for another trip we have planned. Thank you for taking such amazing care of my Murphy boy!”

“Baylen did a great job housesitting and taking care of our dog Casper. We were nervous dog parents and he kept us well informed of their activities and how Casper was doing. He followed all of our instructions and we returned to find a happy dog and a perfectly maintained home. He even made sure Casper was looking extra spiffy by giving him a good brushing. We will be calling Baylen the next time we need to leave town.”
