“Katie was beyond amazing. She took great care of my furbaby while I was out of state for several days. I was so anxious to leave Brownie with a stranger, but Katie constantly provided me a peace of mind by sending me tons of pictures. I felt so bad when Brownie made a scene when Katie tried to leave him by himself for a very short amount of time to run the errand, so she eventually had to cancel and stay with him all the time during his stay. I felt so sorry, but she was so kind and told me that puppies can be like Brownie when in a strange place. She was very patient with Brownie, and I really appreciate it. “I was in Palm Springs for the weekend and needed daycare for my two dogs (1yo Shepherd and 8yo Husky) for three days. I was very nervous about the puppy because he is high energy and I have only had him dogsat one other time for just one day. Ana was so great with my dogs! I could tell they had a great time because on the second day they couldn't wait to go back and even ran straight to her door as soon as they got out of the car. I felt really comfortable leaving my dogs with Ana. She played with them regularly, gave them cuddles and sent my pictures of them every few hours to put me at ease. If I am ever back in the area would be sure to use her services again. Thank you Ana for taking such good care of my pups!”

About: My father raised black labs for hunting so I’ve been around dogs my entire life. This last year is the first year I haven’t had a dog as I lost the last of my pack of five Thanksgiving 2023. Before I commit to another I thought I would give my puppy love to others’ pets. My children are allergic to cats so I can’t sit cats unless you have the hairless versions. I live on a gorgeous golf course where I can walk your dog (s). Due to my children’s (grandchildren’s) allergies I do prefer dogs who are hypoallergenic. If your dog can swim, we can exercise in the pool but I also have a safety gate around the pool if they can’t swim (for my grands). I spoil my pets so if you don’t want that you better tell me in advance! I have my own business and make my own hours . Your pet will be my priority and buddy while they are with me. The longest time I would be gone is two hours for a mahjong game if I’m sitting during the winter months. I will care for your dogs the way you want them to be cared for. My dogs had free range of the house when I was home. When I was gone they were crated mostly because of the alarm system. I play music for them when I’m gone too. At night, if they don’t shed, they are welcome to sleep in the bed. If they shed, they can sleep on the floor on a cushy pad next to me. If they are used to being crated then I will crate them. Please bring the crate they are used to, as I have donated my crates. I still have lots of dog beds but love the excuse to get more.

After adopting him as a 6 week old puppy, I became fully invested in learning more about how I can provide my pups with the best care while enjoying life together. I understand it can be difficult to finding the best match for the needs of your pups while you are away which is why I joined Rover as a sitter. My schedule for day drop in visits are by case to case, however, my evenings and nights are very flexible. For full day services, I am available Friday-Sunday. Recently said goodbye to our old boy (a Large Great Weimar) and looking to spend some time with new doggy friends until we get our next.
