Their dog Bendy was so sweet and calm, he was exactly what Poluna needed to learn how to be friendly and adjust to a new home for a few days. One of my family’s biggest concerns is making sure Poluna is safe and secure wherever she stays—and also that the place is clean because she will literally eat anything off the floor. Mike & Ja Hyung totally reassured us that if the dogs were outside, someone would always be with them, and that they were going to clean the floors the night before in preparation. SO AMAZING. We’ve never felt so comfortable leaving Poluna with anyone. They sent updates, pics, and videos all weekend, and were just the sweetest couple. Stephany took absolutely amazing care of my dog, Brownie, while I was away. He’s a Bichon Frise with pretty bad separation anxiety, and it’s always been a struggle to leave him with someone new because he usually won’t eat when we’re not around. But Stephany made him feel so welcomed, comfortable, and happy that he actually ate while we were gone! It speaks volumes about the calm and trusting environment she created for Brownie. She was also incredibly communicative throughout the entire stay, regularly sending important updates and the sweetest photos of Brownie that truly put my mind at ease that he was safe and doing okay. On top of everything, the pricing is very reasonable and worth it. I’ll definitely be boarding with her again whenever I go on a trip! :)
I would highly recommend Kristen and her mom, who were wonderful to my dog during her week-long stay. After seeing pictures of my dog looking happy and going about her daily routine, I felt she was in very good hands! When I picked her up, she went back and forth between me and Kristin and her mom, who was helping to care for her. In that moment, I knew they were good to her; otherwise, she wouldn’t have exhibited so much fondness for them! I will definitely contact Kristin for future boarding needs for my dog!
I cant say enough about how wonderful Chris is. I had never left my dog with anyone but family and I was hesitant, but since the 1st moment I met Chris I knew my Jay would be in great hands. She sent me updates on a daily basis with pictures and my dog looked so happy, you could tell that he was truly enjoying his stay with Chris and her husband. I had to leave my dog for additional time with her and she was so kind to keep him for longer. I would highly recommend anyone to leave their furry friend with Chris, she is the best, and I will not hesitate to leave my pets with her!
Sharina and Sab were so wonderful with taking care of my doggy for a week while we were out of town! They were sweet, professional and very communicative from the get go. I got lots of cute photos and detailed updates throughout the day which was so nice. I felt at ease knowing Minnie was being so loved on while we were gone. They absolutely are dog lovers and gave her personalized care and attention:) really appreciated how they wanted to know the details of Minnie’s care and were willing to follow any and all instructions.
