“I absolutely recommend Amber as a pet sitter! She has cared for both my cat and dog and my experience with her couldn’t have been greater! She treated them as if they were her own pets and went above and beyond making sure they received the most amazing care.”
2. Marissa P.
“Marissa is a very caring individual. She makes sure animals are well taken care of by always having water available on walks, and making sure treats are in the plenty (when owners allow). Marissa is great with animals and will make your pet is happy.”
3. Shaelyn L.
“Shaelyn is a pleasure to work with. You can tell she loves pets! We needed someone to walk our puppy and she accommodated us at the last minute! Highly recommended! Thanks!”
4. Patsy M.
About: I love spending time with animals and providing quality care when you are unable to provide the care! I love interactions with animals as I am unable to have a pet of my own at this time. I am available every day of the week with a 1 week notice. I am doing this special service to help others with their fur-babies. I will follow all instructions per the owner of the pet to ensure the pet is never put in a dangerous situation for them or others and will provide a loving interaction.
5. Deidra s.
“Deidra would make a great pet sitter whether you want her to walk/exercise or just watch over your dog and care for them. She is an active person and loves to run with her own dog or walk dogs. She has always treated my dog like her child and is very kind and loving towards them but also understands their boundaries and unique characteristics.”
6. Allie R.
About: i have taken care of animals since i was younger for family and friends. I know keeping your dog in your own house is much nicer than boarding them. Animals deserve getting the attention and love they need. I am currently working full time but do make my own schedule so i can take off whatever days needed or work only half shifts so your animals have my time! while I am at your house I will follow whatever rules you have set for your animals. I do prefer to spend the night at your house so your animal does not have to be alone throughout the night and can get the attention they need. I can take them on walks, play with your animals, bring them to parks, etc.
7. Christopher R.
“I appreciate his knowledge and his responsiveness! He puts my pets wellbeing first.”
8. Danae P.
“Danae is great with animals. She has watched my pomchi Gizmo on several occasions while I am off island. She takes him on walks and feeds him his proper diet when needed. I also enjoy the updated photos she texts me from time to time. Gizmo is always excited to see her.”
9. Cameron S.
“Cameron is an amazing pet sitter! We joke that our dog will be sad when we get home from our trips because she loves Cam so much! She is attentive, responsible, and kind. We trust her implicitly both with our pets and our home. We highly recommend her if you are in need of a pet sitter.”
10. Renata M.
“I have lived with Renata for over a year and I can attest that she is the perfect person for this Rover position. During the time I lived with her, she has "dog-sat" and "cat-sat" several of her friend/family's pets for extended amounts of time. She has a keen understanding of how to treat the animals with the utmost attention and care yet she does not spoil them and follows each owners specific wishes in their pet care routine. Aside from this, she is just a really caring and loving person towards animals and people. She is very responsible and the person I go to when I need someone I can count on. Rover will be gaining a fantastic addition to their pet care team if they hire Renata!”
11. Ainette F.
“Truly such a kind, loving and caring person. She is an amazing mom, friend and sitter for pets. Always giving updates, has great communication and keeps you informed with pictures and videos about your pet. I highly recommend her service. 🩷”
12. Kelsey Ann M.
“Kelsey Ann was great, very flexible with us when you schedule changed unexpectedly, a big relief when we were on vacation far away from our pet! She showed up on time for our meet and greet, and was just generally very responsive and helpful.”
13. Latai S.
“Latai is a person of warmth and integrity. I trust her caregiving for my pets as she treats them with aloha loving care as ohana/family. She is responsive to their needs.”
14. Ky J.
“Ky was great with my dog Rusty! She was so kind to meet him before their first walk together on such late notice. Would definitely recommend and book again! :)”
15. Tomoko B.
About: I have been taking care of pets since I was very young, with the exception of snakes and spiders. I took care of dogs through Rover when my spouse was unavailable. My spouse was a professional explosive detection dog handler. I work from home and my spouse is a stay-at-home dad, so someone is home to take care of your fur babies, make sure they get played with and taken out for potty breaks. I have a very large yard that is completely fenced so your pet can enjoy off-leash time all day. Your pet will be able to come and go inside and outside as they please. Your pet will be played with and any obedience training will be reinforced. Your pet will be taken outside for a break and played with.
16. Sean M.
“Sean was great. My dog has a complicated feeding regime and she picked it up right away. Not only that, but she timed her walks so Mooji could get his favorite beach walk. Mooji is a food aggressive terrier who takes a while to warm up to people. Other people who have cared for him didn’t pay attention to my explanations on how to handle Mooji. Because of that he snapped at people. Sean is the second person outside of the family who Mooji loved and let groom him. BRAVO SEAN!!! Thank you.”

About: With over 5 years of experience in pet care, I bring a deep love and understanding of animals to every pet I care for. Growing up on a farm in New Zealand with up to 8 dogs and now caring for 2, I am comfortable and confident with dogs and love having a furry buddy around. My skills include training puppies, providing senior care, and administering medication when needed. I am dedicated to creating a safe, fun, and nurturing experience for your furry family members. Pet care is a central part of my daily routine. With a remote job, I can work from anywhere, ensuring I’m available for walks, playtime, and feeding both mornings and evenings. This summer, I am completely free to dedicate more time to pet care. In the fall, I will be a full-time student but can adjust my schedule to help take care of your dog. In my home or yours, I prioritize a safe and secure environment for pets. I ensure clean, hazard-free spaces, constant supervision, and a lot of affection. I adhere to any specific routines and guidelines provided by pet parents to maintain trust and consistency.

About: Ever since I was young I have had a way with animals. I have watched my neighbors or friends pets when they went away or needed help! My availability is open as I'm also a stay at home mom! I have 2 sons in their 20’s - so your animal will get attention live and lots of play while with us. We live on the beach - so ….days are filled with sun a grass yard and lots of walks, ball play and fun on the sand. I’m home all day. So my availability and attention to your loved pup is constant. I can either drop by your house or you can have them here at mine. I have a house on the beach with a grass yard and access to the sand for play and beach walks. Yard is partial fenced when we need to keep dogs contained for a bit. Other part is open for full play. Have long leaches hooked to yard so dogs can be tied up but enjoy the grass and sand.
