“This is our Nala's second stay with Jacque and her family. They did a great job taking care of her with patience and understanding, as she is not quite the warm and fuzzy type with new people. She had an experience with a trainer when she was a puppy which left her very fearful and sometimes aggressive towards anyone outside of our family. With lots of patience, Jacque and her family were able to peel some of that fear away. All the pictures and videos of her playing with other dogs and sitting on the couch and hanging out with the family is a huge deal for Nala and for our family. We are grateful and were able to visit family off-island with peace of mind. Mahalo for helping our Nala to grow in trusting others and for caring for her.”

“Samantha was absolutely wonderful! In fact, she's such a great sitter that I almost hesitate to write this review because selfishly, I'd love to keep her availability to myself! This was our very first time leaving our puppy with a sitter, and naturally we were a little nervous. Samantha immediately put our minds at ease. Before our trip, she took the time to meet with us and show us where our puppy would be staying in her home, which made us feel so much more comfortable and confident. While we were away for nearly two weeks, Samantha kept us updated with frequent messages and adorable photos. It meant so much to know our puppy was happy, safe, and well cared for while we were gone. What impressed us even more was that she actually helped reinforce our puppy's potty training during our time away. We came home to a puppy who had continued making progress, which was such a pleasant surprise! Samantha is truly a sweetheart, and it's obvious that she has a genuine love for animals and a heart for what she does. The care, attention, and affection she showed our puppy exceeded all of our expectations. We are so grateful we came across Samantha and couldn't recommend her more highly.
