Im an overprotective parent and my dog is super laid back expect for outside were he has issues with other dogs and people. She was willing to do a walk through with me so I could show her how to deal with my extra pully dog. My puppy was very happy with his new friend and i would recommend using ky for your animal needs! She stays on schedule and makes sure your house is clean when she leaves it!”

“Monica was a saint. We have a very high maintenance situation because we never leave our dog home alone (we just adopted her 2 months ago). So, with that being said, I knew I was asking a lot out of Monika to house sit for our pup and two cats while we went to the mainland. She did an excellent job and was very loving and patient with all of our animals. I highly recommend her for any pet sitting needs.”

Skyler responded right away, was very accommodating and helped to make me feel comfortable with my dogs, one of whom is very difficult with strangers. “Ian was absolutely amazing!! Words cannot express what a wonderful and caring dog sitter he was. We didn’t realize how sick our dog was when we left for a two week trip to the mainland. So when she started failing, without hesitation Ian took her to multiple vet appointments (including the ER), gave her medication (which was INCREDIBLY difficult), and helped her eat when she didn’t want to. He even went to Petco to see what he could find and bought things on his own to try and get her to eat. He was so accommodating and thoughtful. We ended up coming home early and had to put our precious baby girl down, but I feel so lucky that we had Ian with her until the very end. He spent so much time with her and - even though he just met her - loved her just as we would.”

About: I have so much pride in caring for my home, being a mother to my daughter and my pets and for my work as a Behavior Analyst. I have cared for my own pets since being a little girl and have been pet and house sitting since I was a teenager. I bring the same pride I have for my home and loved ones each time I pet or home sit. I have a full time remote position from home. I see clients for 30 minute sessions and am available in between those sessions for walks and cuddle time and fully available after 5 pm. When house sitting I can either be present for the pets as I work from home or work from my own time and return by the afternoon, which ever suits your needs best. I have two indoor cats. My older cat is shy and sticks to herself, my younger cat is active and friendly. We live in a safe gated community that is dog friendly and perfect for daily walks. I have a small fenced in yard as well. My teenage daughter is always excited to have another buddy at home! I am a home owner and put a lot of effort in making sure my space is cozy nest with great energy.

“Sofiya was amazing from the very beginning. She was quick to respond and was very flexible with a last minute four night booking for a housesit. This being my first time using Rover instead of other apps it was an amazing experience and I will be back. Jacques loved her right away. She is great with dogs and ended up training our dog to to stop jumping up and to somehow go potty outside consistantly...in 4-5 days. She spoiled our guy with treats, trips to the beach, and hiking. She is the perfect sitter for a high energy dog. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing Jacques was living his best life with frequent photo and text updates. Our apartment was perfect when we returned after a long travel day. We will definitely be reaching out to Sofiya anytime we are off island, or maybe if Jacques needs a bit of a training refresh from our new favorite sitter/dog trainer.”

She provides safe and attentive care and her customer service is impeccable! She loves animals and most recently lost her pet fish Oscar who she is still mourning the loss of. “zach used to stay in a room i had out for rent we own two dogs one was a Vizsla lab mix named Benson and the other is a Chikwawa mix named Simba that is handicap missing two legs one in the front and one in the back he was able to move on his own but with me and my wife working in the day its hard for us to help him get around when he needs a boost zach was working nights when he was with us so he was able to take care of are boys when we where gone he walked and played with Benson cleaning up after him and would do the same for Simba who would get tiered much faster but stayed active and healthy he helped us in finding a better diet we had Simba on to help with his needs”
