I love all animals and I have been around animals all my life and I'm excited to meet everyone's furry friends. I currently work part-time in a restaurant, so my weekday hours can vary. However, I always work Friday and Saturday nights (typically 3:30–8:30 PM or 5–11 PM). Outside of those shifts, I’m very flexible and available whenever I’m not working. I make sure to keep my schedule updated so you always know when I’m free. When caring for dogs whether in my home or my client’s home I focus on creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment. I always follow the dog’s usual routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions you provide. I make sure doors and gates stay secured, keep hazardous items out of reach, and give constant supervision during outdoor time. I take the time to build trust with every dog by going at their pace, offering gentle interaction, and paying close attention to their behavior and comfort levels. Whether your dog needs extra play, quiet time, or reassurance, I’m always patient and attentive. My goal is for your dog to feel relaxed, safe, and cared for just like they would with you.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs of all sizes since I was 10 years old! Neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me to look after their loved ones! I treat every dog like my own- feed them, walk them, play with them, and give them plenty of love, attention, and patience! I also always provide photo and video updates so that you can relax in knowing that your baby is in good hands! I currently work 6 hour shifts 5 days a week. I’ll have plenty of time for boarding on Thursdays and Fridays, before 2pm on Sat & Sun, and after 2pm M-Wed! Otherwise, they’ll enjoy plenty of companionship, supervision, and engagement throughout the day. We also have a spacious yard that offers safe outdoor time and plenty of room to play and burn off energy. Your pet’s safety and well-being are my top priorities, whether they are staying in my home or I am caring for them in yours. In my home, we provide a secure and structured environment designed to help dogs feel comfortable and relaxed. Our yard is fully fenced, and I supervise all outdoor time. I go outside multiple times throughout the day with the dogs — whether it’s for potty breaks, play sessions, or simply relaxing outdoors. Depending on the weather and your dog’s energy level, we may spend anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour outside playing games like tug-of-war or fetch. After playtime, dogs can cooloff comfortably inside with air conditioning. My dog is gentle, especially with smaller dogs, and stays close to me outdoors. I carefully monitor all interactions to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable. When it comes to feeding, I follow each pet’s established routine. While my dog free-feeds when alone, I understand that many dogs do best on a schedule, and I am happy to follow your specific feeding instructions. About: I'm responsible, dependable and I love doggies I have never watched or taken care of other people's doggies before. But I'm willing to learn and have fun doing it. When my parents are away I watch my parents doggies. I'm looking for a second income because I live on my own. It's hard to live in Hawaii and not have extra income coming in. About: I've had pets most of my life and I'm the person of my friends group who always gets called to take care of their pets. Whether it's holidays, a busy work week or an emergency I'm always around to help out and give lots of pets the care they need. Oahu is my home so preferably this island, I'm open to travel to any side of it to take care. I work part time (mostly on weekends) so my week days are open and all ears. I can go outside and take your pets for walks or stay inside and give them pets, food and reassurance that someone's there to take care of them while their parents are away. I always go over with the home owner about very specific details like if they have potty mats, or how many times can they eat a day (proportion sizing). If your pet can't spend to much time in the sunlight or if they need to wear anything special. I try to keep their best interests in mind when asking questions because pets are our family.

About: Rest assured your pets will be well taken care of with me! I’m a veterinary technician who specializes in emergency and critical care, my hours are extremely flexible and I can provide attentive round the clock care to your pets. Having worked at both major 24 hr veterinary ER and specialty centers on island, I have extensive knowledge and experience when it comes to animal medicine and my rate reflects that. I offer medical boarding for any special needs pets at no additional charge and will ensure any paraplegic kiddos remain clean and regularly bathed. Medication administration is included if necessary as we I commonly take on senior or chronic illness pets. I live in a duplex style house in Aiea with a shared unfenced yard we use with long leads. We have a small fenced area right outside our door that we have set up with raised and perforated turf tiles to allow immediate access to bathroom breaks if we can’t make it out for a walk right away. (We clean this area after every potty to ensure it stays clean as dogs also like to use this area to sunbathe). Our two story home is ideal for both pets that love other animals and those that don’t. I have specialized in behavior modification for years so I regularly take on pets that have their own quirks. We are able to keep dogs separate while they acclimate to their new surroundings without crating them. However, we do ask that you provide a crate if your dog is used to that. I have 4 dogs of my own, 2 are trained service dogs and the other 2 are well behaved (but energetic) pups who all love other dogs. They have been my assistants for behavior modification when we work on reactivity in other dogs. My dogs are all crate trained and go in their crates to sleep or if we need to run an errand with the exception of my female, Julep. She typically stays out in the house when we leave unless one of our boarding dogs needs to roam. Boarding in our homes means that your dogs will get 2 long walks a day (I’m currently in a leg immobilizer so I am limited in the physical exercise I can provide outside) from my wonderful boyfriend who works for HFD. They will have 24/7 access to potty breaks and will not be left unattended for more than 4 hours. For everyone’s safety, we crate dogs if we are gone. Dogs unable to be crated can be left out either downstairs or upstairs, separated by a gate. We do not allow dogs from different families to stay out together unattended, however if you are boarding more than 1 of your own dogs who cannot be crated and/or are trusted to be left out together we can accommodate that. We have 24/7 2-way audio cameras in the house to ensure everyone’s safety if I do need to run out for anything. We have plenty of treats, toys, and puzzles to keep everyone entertained throughout the day and love taking well behaved and socialized dogs to Moanalua off leash dog park or Kuliouou beach park. I’ve worked 7+ years in VetMed and behavior modification. I am currently home almost 24/7 due to an injury so I can provide round the clock care for our boarders. We have a very structured home, morning walks before 6am and breakfast shortly after that (all dogs eat either in their own crate or in a separate area of the house as to not risk any resource guarding behavior). Multiple short bathroom walks throughout the day and constant access to an enclosed outdoor area for emergency bathroom breaks or fresh air. Dinner at 5pm and evening walks around 6/7pm when my boyfriend gets home from work. During the day dogs are either all out together or rotated through different areas if they don’t play well with others. We have tons of toys, beds, blankets, etc so you don’t need to supply your own. You are more than welcome to but one of my dogs is a shredder so I cannot guarantee anything soft/stuffed will make it back in one piece. I do my best but Julep really likes to disembowel toys and beds. We board at maximum 4 dogs at a time, which means 8 dogs in the house. If you have a special needs dog that you feel requires private booking please include that in your booking request so we can discuss their needs! At night we do our best to accommodate your pups regular sleeping routine. Whether that is crate, couch, floor, dog, our bed, etc.

About: I have cared for a pet ever since I was 5 years old. My family has a love for animals. I currently have a 8 lbs Chihuahua who is people friendly and loves new friends. I am currently available Friday through Monday morning. Where I am able to provide full care for animals. The will have the company of my male dog as well. I have a pet playground that is fenced in and I also have a balcony for fresh air. My current dog “Peanut” loves to go out there and watch the neighbors.

About: I have had cats and dogs my entire life. I know how stressful it can be leaving your fur baby behind to enjoy a vacation or for work. I will provide love and care the same as I'd want for my own. I currently have 3 indoor cats and an older long term foster pug. We are a pretty laid back, go with the flow type family so our schedule is flexible. We do go on daily walks and sometimes well jump in the car for a random car ride. Your fur pup will be added to the pack and, unless you say otherwise, will be included in any activities we do. I have 2 special needs cats that require a special diet, 1 cat that begs for treats and an older pug that just cant seem to get enough kibble. They all get love and attention on demand. I do have a room I typically keep kitties in away from my own to help keep their stress levels down from a new, unfamiliar environment. This also helps keep them safe and ensures they cant slip out the front door - which is always one of my fears.

I had a childhood black lab named Spunky for over 10 years, so I have a lot of experience and love in the dog department . However, I am open to all animals! I do not have a yard, but we often get out of the house and go to the park or to a nearby beach to let out some energy. I work 8-12pm and off for the rest of the day. So fitting in a drop in or a walk is perfect! So getting in your pets daily walk while you’re away at work fits perfectly with my schedule. I have pet seat belts when going for car rides to the beach or to a hike to keep them safe while transporting. Keeping all gates and doors closed while in the home will avoid any quick get aways.

About: I have been housesitting and pet watching for over 20 years (I cared for neighbors animals since Highschool). I prefer to go in home so the animal(s) are more comfortable. I have a 2 year old bunny (Thor) who gets along well with other animals but is also happy to stay in his crate away from more aggressive animals if need. I have watched many cats, dogs, and homes over the past 20 years. Most recently, I cared for 2 mid sized dogs for just over a year while their family lived abroad in Germany. I now have more time and would like to continue caring for other animals when their owners travel from Hawaii. I've lived on Oahu for just over 12 years and am happy to travel to most locations on island but reside Windward so there maybe an additional fee. I would consider outer island during school breaks and on weekends. I've been working as a tele school psychologist for this year (over 12 years exp) and am well versed in positive behavior supports (as they work well with children as well as animals). I now telework so have time to spend with the animals during the day as well as evenings and mornings like I previously did. I prefer to stay in home. I am available 3/6-3/26 Oahu I do not care for pets in my home. My bunny, Thor, comes with me and this generally provides entertainment and great photo opps for the pets we watch.
