I provide personalized care based on each pet’s routine and personality. This includes feeding, fresh water, walks or playtime, medication if needed, and lots of affection. I keep pets comfortable by maintaining consistency and minimizing stress, whether that’s in my home or theirs. About: I have been blessed to have grown up with dogs in my household so being with them is like being with family. For 17years I got to learn common behaviors, body language, and how to do basic training with them. I get along well with all animals, but I love being with dogs the most. I am very reliable and believe communication is key, it's very important in providing the best care as possible. I am available most days but I just need a heads up so I can plan and prepare for your pet. I can give full care to your pets such as feeding, walking, bathing and even some much needed belly scratches. I am looking forward to meeting you and your pet! Mahalo for your consideration. I am a home caregiver and have short hours throughout the week usually 8am-12pm and off for the rest of the day. Weekends are completely open and I can be with your pet. I do not have a yard, but we often get out of the house and go to the park or to a nearby beach to let out some energy. I work 8-12pm and off for the rest of the day. So fitting in a drop in or a walk is perfect! So getting in your pets daily walk while you’re away at work fits perfectly with my schedule. I have pet seat belts when going for car rides to the beach or to a hike to keep them safe while transporting. Keeping all gates and doors closed while in the home will avoid any quick get aways.

I love all animals and I have been around animals all my life and I'm excited to meet everyone's furry friends. I currently work part-time in a restaurant, so my weekday hours can vary. However, I always work Friday and Saturday nights (typically 3:30–8:30 PM or 5–11 PM). Outside of those shifts, I’m very flexible and available whenever I’m not working. I make sure to keep my schedule updated so you always know when I’m free. When caring for dogs whether in my home or my client’s home I focus on creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment. I always follow the dog’s usual routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions you provide. I make sure doors and gates stay secured, keep hazardous items out of reach, and give constant supervision during outdoor time. Sprout is such a mama’s girl that she has a tendency to stay out and not come inside for food when I’m gone. Renata did her best to tempt her and put her bowl in different eating locations, closer to where she was seeing her hide out. I always know what a good job Renata does because both Phoebe and Fluffy are super chill when I arrive back home and not stressed. Thank you Renata 😊”

About: I have been housesitting and pet watching for over 20 years (I cared for neighbors animals since Highschool). I prefer to go in home so the animal(s) are more comfortable. I have a 2 year old bunny (Thor) who gets along well with other animals but is also happy to stay in his crate away from more aggressive animals if need. I have watched many cats, dogs, and homes over the past 20 years. Most recently, I cared for 2 mid sized dogs for just over a year while their family lived abroad in Germany. I now have more time and would like to continue caring for other animals when their owners travel from Hawaii. I've lived on Oahu for just over 12 years and am happy to travel to most locations on island but reside Windward so there maybe an additional fee. I would consider outer island during school breaks and on weekends. I've been working as a tele school psychologist for this year (over 12 years exp) and am well versed in positive behavior supports (as they work well with children as well as animals). I now telework so have time to spend with the animals during the day as well as evenings and mornings like I previously did. I prefer to stay in home. I am available 3/6-3/26 Oahu I do not care for pets in my home. My bunny, Thor, comes with me and this generally provides entertainment and great photo opps for the pets we watch.

About: Hello Everyone ! My name is Crystal, I’ve been living on island for about a year now. Wanting to find some side jobs to help time pass by. I had a childhood black lab named Spunky for over 10 years, so I have a lot of experience and love in the dog department . However, I am open to all animals! There is plenty of love to go around lol . Would love the opportunity to take care of your loved ones , after all they are like family ❤️ Extremely flexible schedule currently, any time doesn’t matter for me at the moment . Week days are preferred however, weekends are not a problem . I take care of all animals as if they are my own. I have not had animals in my home personally, I typically will go to the owners home for walks or watch their pets overnight !

About: Plenty of love to go around in my home, so plenty of space for snuggles and friends. All sizes and ages welcome, cats and dogs! I am a retired veteran, SAHM, so plenty of time/space. My home is well equipped for animals and rather large. The cat we own also stays in my room. No one will be assisting me with care. We have a fenced in backyard. Separated upstairs and downstairs, as well as gates for important areas. We also have a car AND truck for transport.

I am currently available Friday through Monday morning. Where I am able to provide full care for animals. The will have the company of my male dog as well. About: Rest assured your pets will be well taken care of with me! I’m a veterinary technician who specializes in emergency and critical care, my hours are extremely flexible and I can provide attentive round the clock care to your pets. Having worked at both major 24 hr veterinary ER and specialty centers on island, I have extensive knowledge and experience when it comes to animal medicine and my rate reflects that. I offer medical boarding for any special needs pets at no additional charge and will ensure any paraplegic kiddos remain clean and regularly bathed. Medication administration is included if necessary as we I commonly take on senior or chronic illness pets. I live in a duplex style house in Aiea with a shared unfenced yard we use with long leads. We have a small fenced area right outside our door that we have set up with raised and perforated turf tiles to allow immediate access to bathroom breaks if we can’t make it out for a walk right away. (We clean this area after every potty to ensure it stays clean as dogs also like to use this area to sunbathe). Our two story home is ideal for both pets that love other animals and those that don’t. I have specialized in behavior modification for years so I regularly take on pets that have their own quirks. We are able to keep dogs separate while they acclimate to their new surroundings without crating them. However, we do ask that you provide a crate if your dog is used to that. I have 4 dogs of my own, 2 are trained service dogs and the other 2 are well behaved (but energetic) pups who all love other dogs. They have been my assistants for behavior modification when we work on reactivity in other dogs. My dogs are all crate trained and go in their crates to sleep or if we need to run an errand with the exception of my female, Julep. She typically stays out in the house when we leave unless one of our boarding dogs needs to roam. Boarding in our homes means that your dogs will get 2 long walks a day (I’m currently in a leg immobilizer so I am limited in the physical exercise I can provide outside) from my wonderful boyfriend who works for HFD. They will have 24/7 access to potty breaks and will not be left unattended for more than 4 hours. For everyone’s safety, we crate dogs if we are gone. Dogs unable to be crated can be left out either downstairs or upstairs, separated by a gate. We do not allow dogs from different families to stay out together unattended, however if you are boarding more than 1 of your own dogs who cannot be crated and/or are trusted to be left out together we can accommodate that. We have 24/7 2-way audio cameras in the house to ensure everyone’s safety if I do need to run out for anything. We have plenty of treats, toys, and puzzles to keep everyone entertained throughout the day and love taking well behaved and socialized dogs to Moanalua off leash dog park or Kuliouou beach park. I’ve worked 7+ years in VetMed and behavior modification. I am currently home almost 24/7 due to an injury so I can provide round the clock care for our boarders. We have a very structured home, morning walks before 6am and breakfast shortly after that (all dogs eat either in their own crate or in a separate area of the house as to not risk any resource guarding behavior). Multiple short bathroom walks throughout the day and constant access to an enclosed outdoor area for emergency bathroom breaks or fresh air. Dinner at 5pm and evening walks around 6/7pm when my boyfriend gets home from work. During the day dogs are either all out together or rotated through different areas if they don’t play well with others. We have tons of toys, beds, blankets, etc so you don’t need to supply your own. You are more than welcome to but one of my dogs is a shredder so I cannot guarantee anything soft/stuffed will make it back in one piece. I do my best but Julep really likes to disembowel toys and beds. We board at maximum 4 dogs at a time, which means 8 dogs in the house. If you have a special needs dog that you feel requires private booking please include that in your booking request so we can discuss their needs! At night we do our best to accommodate your pups regular sleeping routine. Whether that is crate, couch, floor, dog, our bed, etc.

About: I've taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember, they are part of the family. About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life. My first furry friend was a rescue puppy that needed to be nursed back to health, which sparked my passion for caring for animals. Over the years, I’ve fostered many dogs and gained hands-on experience with a wide range of personalities, medical needs, and behavioral challenges. I’ve trained both puppies and older dogs alike, understanding that patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement are key at any age. I’m confident, calm, and prepared to handle most situations with care and attentiveness I’m currently a stay-at-home dog mom, which allows me to provide consistent care and attention throughout the day. I occasionally take on side work, but I’m home the majority of the time, so your dog will rarely be left alone. We are a crate-trained household, and I do ask that owners provide their dog’s crate for their stay. If I need to step out briefly, your pup will be safely and comfortably crated in their own familiar space. Otherwise, they’ll enjoy plenty of companionship, supervision, and engagement throughout the day. We also have a spacious yard that offers safe outdoor time and plenty of room to play and burn off energy. Your pet’s safety and well-being are my top priorities, whether they are staying in my home or I am caring for them in yours. In my home, we provide a secure and structured environment designed to help dogs feel comfortable and relaxed. Our yard is fully fenced, and I supervise all outdoor time. I go outside multiple times throughout the day with the dogs — whether it’s for potty breaks, play sessions, or simply relaxing outdoors. Depending on the weather and your dog’s energy level, we may spend anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour outside playing games like tug-of-war or fetch. After playtime, dogs can cooloff comfortably inside with air conditioning. My dog is gentle, especially with smaller dogs, and stays close to me outdoors. I carefully monitor all interactions to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable. When it comes to feeding, I follow each pet’s established routine. While my dog free-feeds when alone, I understand that many dogs do best on a schedule, and I am happy to follow your specific feeding instructions. About: I’ve always been a responsible pet owner since I was little and have had numerous unique pets growing up.
