“Let me first preface with there's not enough good things to say about our experience with Ashley! She deserves more than 5 Stars! Suffice to say, we have found a permanent boarder for our Husky, Hana! Quick, efficient and detailed updates and correspondence with plenty of photos. Our puppy Hana, is a delicate flower, very timid and practically scared of her own shadow when around strangers or in public, but it was in her stars to have someone like Ashley whom gave her the compassionate, loving care she needs. It's obvious the experience was exceptionally good for her, as she has matured so fast in just 2 weeks of boarding. We have to be thankful as well of Ashley's fur-baby Apollo, as having a grown husky to show our pup the ropes has helped her come out of her shell further. Ashley then went a step further with follow up correspondence to ensure Hana had a nice transition back home. We're so thankful, Mahalo nui loa!”

“Calla was an excellent house/pet sitter for my cat Cheddar while I was traveling for 2 weeks. Cheddar had some health issues come up shortly before my trip and I was anxious leaving him with a new sitter, but Calla did a great job managing his multiple medications. She even kept a log of his meds, feeding, and generally how he was doing every day. She communicated well before and during her stay. She left apartment clean and tidy, brought my mail in, and watered my plants as well. I would definitely recommend Calla and will be using her again in the future.”

I’m available most days if you need your pets to be simply fed, let out to pee, or to be entertained. While I take same day requests, there are no guarantees because I have several regularly scheduled walks and drop ins. Please reply promptly, I archive when no response in 24 hours. I have a fenced yard and a young corgi who has full run of the house. He can be shy to other dogs. If your dog has any aggressive tendencies or Keahi does not get along with them for whatever reason, we cannot board your dog. Meet and greets are mandatory before any boarding or daycare. Dogs must be house trained for boarding or daycare (paper trained is not house trained). I cannot and will not leave food out. If your dog has issues eating when they are fed (I feed them when I feed my dog), I have to take your dog’s food away and store it. This is a house, not a kennel where your dog has an assigned lot. If your dog has these feeding issues, consider another sitter. Same goes for finicky or difficult medical application. I have no kids on property.

I have had dogs my entire life and have been doing Rover for many years now. I take pride in my work and take it seriously, if I was going to have someone watch Cheech I would want to know they are trustworthy, diligent, understanding, and patient. So that is how I am with the pets in my care. I'll do anything to make a pups tail wag!! 🐾💝 I currently am a stay at home mom of one. I have the ability yo keep your pups schedule on track while they are in my care. I only work one a day week away from home ( I come home in my lunch break) and do property management from home as well. My sister watches my son on the one day that I do go to work, so if your pet stays with me I would always be around or my sister would be at my home to let your pet outside, walk them, and care for their needs. :) I do not normally host more than one families pet/s at once but if I was going to, I would let both owners know before doing so and only with dogs that I had watched before and know that there would not be any issues. I offer pet/house sitting, I need to be able to bring my son with me & if possible I like to bring my shih tzu Chico with me to boarding jobs. (But I do understand sometimes that isn’t an option. I don’t want any dog or cat feeling like their home is being invaded.) I have a small yard at my home to take dogs out but there isnt much running space if your dog is high energy. Luckily I do have a bike path right near by we can walk to for walks! If I have multiple dogs staying with me I do have the ability to separate them if necessary during eating, sleeping, or when I do run errands.

Since moving to Hawai'i I felt like I lost apart of who I am since I haven't been able to be around many animals. This job will be a great opportunity for me because since I am unable to get my own pets right now I'll be able to do what I love again-caring for animals. I have a flexible schedule so when I get a booking I am able to be fully devoted to your pet as if they were my own. Every pet and owner are different so I think its important to listen to what their pet needs and adjust. I am a very calm person and have always been able to gain the trust of animals. Animals come first so all their needs will be met before my own.

Suffice to say, we have found a permanent boarder for our Husky, Hana! Quick, efficient and detailed updates and correspondence with plenty of photos. Our puppy Hana, is a delicate flower, very timid and practically scared of her own shadow when around strangers or in public, but it was in her stars to have someone like Ashley whom gave her the compassionate, loving care she needs. It's obvious the experience was exceptionally good for her, as she has matured so fast in just 2 weeks of boarding. We have to be thankful as well of Ashley's fur-baby Apollo, as having a grown husky to show our pup the ropes has helped her come out of her shell further.
