About: I have been taking care of a 14 year old maltipoo since he was a puppy. He has been through many medical issues and a challenging wee-wee pad training that I remember like it was yesterday, but I would not trade him for the world. I work full-time from home and have a flexible schedule. I am available for afternoon and evening walks on weekdays and have open weekend availability. About: I have plenty of patience tolerance and adaptability and with no pets right now and really miss having a little sweetie around. I have lovingly cared for ill and elderly fur kids. Sober since 1996 so no exposure to smoking, drugs or alcohol in my care. Meditating twice daily for decades and find it also makes for a nice peaceful environment. Fur kids love curling up in my lap for meditation time and it can help regulate their little nervous system too. I mostly work remotely so my schedule is pretty flexible and I have a lap available while in my office. I also walk a few miles a day to avoid my lap getting too big. If you see anything that might be limiting in my profile - feel free to ask and see if I can accommodate or make any exceptions. Im pretty flexible with accommodating fur kids. If they are used to crating to feel safe its not a problem but if crating is not necessary that's fine.

This is my second time leaving Freckles (Pitbull/Bully Mix) over at Jonalynn’s house, they instantly connected and got along. To my surprise my dog got along with Romeo just fine, best buds. Romeo knows hows to behave and be around bigger dogs. Jonalynn updated me with pictures of Freckles and Romeo together playing, resting, window watching. She is also a huge life saver for last minute bookings, best dog sitter ever!
Robin was the BEST! She agreed to do a meet and greet with me and even brought her pups to meet my princess Honey. Even though I felt comfortable with her through our chats, meeting her in person beforehand put the cherry on top. Once booked, she took great care of of my Honey girl, sent so many photos and gave me cute updates while I was at work. This was my first booking and definitely will not be the last. Peggy and Anthony were terrific with our very active young cockapoo. Even though our dog stayed with them for the first time, it was as if she knew them all this time. Peggy and Anthony were also very responsive, warm, understanding and easy to talk to about the dog’s needs. We look forward to having them take care of our dog again in the future.
Juliana was able to accommodate a last minute sitting request for my two senior dogs. She was extremely responsive, caring and provided updates throughout the day. Our dogs are elderly, shy and need frequent walks and she took care of them as if they were her own. Highly recommend!
Janie was great with our senior dog who is very anxious. Janie went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable for the day. She sat with him, let him explore, and gave him a lot of attention. She was very thoughtful with her questions in order to really understand his needs and updated us throughout the day. We will definitely book with her again.
Jasmin is an insanely good dogsitter/doggy daycare caretaker. She was really respectful upon meetup and my dog, Ida, is usually scared and shy but she wasn't when we met jasmin. Upon receiving Ida she was very calm. Jasmin said that Ida slept very well and I certainly believe her. I will be using jasmin in the near future
I needed a sitter last minute for my dog and managed to find Nina. She’s friendly and professional, She took amazing care of Ziggy,she kept me updated throughout the day and it was a really good match. She took him on walks and played with him he was very happy and tired when I picked him up I will be booking with her again.
I really love the experience. It was my first time in Rover. I was in NY as a tourist and I was so tense about letting my little one. But Safiya is so nice and gentle and kind that I just relaxed the time I put my eyes on her. Her doggo Kanie is a bunch of joy. He is energetic, funny and warm. Safiya updated me every time, texting and sending me photos. Coco was relaxed and interacting with Safiya. In the second day, Coco just lead me to Safiya's door, wagging her tail. If you want a safe and warm place to let your little doggy, Safiya is amazing.
Aileen was extremely responsive and kind. Loha was great at her place and took a good nap as well. He was very comfortable and we were also very comfortable as she greeted us so kindly. It was a very short notice, but she was extremely accommodating as well. We would definitely see her again.!
