She was extremely communicative with how Moana did during the day. Moana enjoyed her time with Juliana to the point the next day when we went outside she walked up to the car to go back. While taking care of Chachita, Arianna took my dog for a walk 3-4 times a day, fed her regularly, and made sure my dog was always happy. “OMG what a Godsend! I have left my Carrie with Stephanie dozens of times and she has always been great, attentive, responsive and sends tons of photos. Carrie hates to leave (which makes me both sad and relieved). On my last visit, I alerted Stephanie that Carrie hadn’t pooped. She really went above and beyond, picking up softener, buying special dog food. After a while I thought I better take Carrie to the local vet (I don’t live in the area). When I called the vet, the receptionist told me that Stephanie had already called about Carrie and was speaking to the on call doctor!!!! She then called me and informed me what the vet told her and the steps she was taking. You cannot pay for this level of comfort and ease. Stephanie is a crucial part of our care team…just the absolute best.”
