I can’t recommend Jessica enough! She took care of Dino, while I was away in the Hamptons, and honestly, she went above and beyond. From the start, she was incredibly prompt in replying and super accommodating even when I had to make last minute changes to my schedule. Dino is a recent rescue with some anxiety issues, especially in new places, but Jessica treated him like her own baby. She gave him so much love, attention, and comfort that he settled in beautifully. She also kept me updated with regular pictures and messages, which gave me such peace of mind. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely goes the extra mile the way she did. If you’re looking for someone who will love and care for your pet like their own, Jessica is the one. Jun took care of Toby for ten days. He kept in contact with us several times a day and regularly sent us videos. Jun took excellent care of Toby. My children who were nervous at first felt at ease immediately after meeting Jun and knew they could enjoy their vacation. Jun was professional and responded to my request to board Toby immediately. Kim was absolutely amazing with our dog! I thought I had provided everything she needed, but Kim was so thoughtful and attentive—she even reminded me of a few things I had forgotten. She kept us updated with pictures, and our dog looked like she was having the time of her life. Kim walked her three times a day and went above and beyond when our pup wasn’t eating—(she tends to fast when we are away) she reached out to us and even hand-fed her with so much care and patience. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Thank you, Kim, for treating our dog like your own!
