“Blake was absolutely lovely while she dropped in to take care of my cat while I was away for a few days. She was super responsive, kind, considerate, sent lots of pictures and I enjoyed her daily write ups. Definitely will book again, thank you for taking such good care of my cat!”

About: I'm an experienced and dependable animal lover who has cared for pets, most of my life. I make sure every pet gets lots of love, attention, and wonderful care….and lots of rubs! I am currently working short hours mostly morning hours for a few weeks, during the week days. Then off for the summer, so I’ll have plenty time to care for your pet. I’m open on weekends. My home has a fenced yard and no other pets, so I can give your pet, all the attention they need! I can easily crate your dog if needed. I have 2 teenagers that come and go and love pets!

“Kate did a great job! She was reliable, and provided an update to me every day! Trippy is very shy, but Kate managed to win Trippy's trust right away (honestly, I was very surprised!!!). When I returned home, Trippy was calm and happy to see me- clearly not stressed about being left alone while I was away. Kate made her feel that way, and I am grateful!! Thank you Kate!”

“We're so happy we found Kendra. Not only is she a friendly and responsive person, she also clearly loves animals. She immediately connected with our cats (even coming close to connecting with the one that is painfully shy.) Her updates were always timely and thorough. We are so happy to have found a great sitter after moving to a new city.”

About: I have over 15 years experience in the pet industry. I owned a dog daycare and grooming salon in Marin County and served 1500 dogs per week. I am mature, reliable and flexible. Flexible rates and loving care for your pet. I am returning to my first love of pet care after 13 years working in the culinary industry. I miss spending time playing with and nurturing animals. I have a very easy temperament and haven't yet met a dog I couldn't get along with :) When caring for your pet, I let them lead the way until we get to know each other, working with their comfort and sense of security. As we get to know each other, the relationship develops as all relationships do.

“Elliot was a great pet-sitter, house-sitter and companion for our kitten Pinot! With his daily updates and pix, we had great piece of mind knowing that Pinot was is good hands and had lots of play time when we were away.”

“Cathi was a lifesaver. We had a trip planned and a few days before we were supposed to leave, our cat, MacAroni had an emergency that required medication 3 times a day. I was on the verge of canceling our trip when I came across Cathi's profile and saw she had experienced administering medication. I reached out to her and received a response almost immediately. We chatted for a bit about MacAroni's care requirements and I knew right away that she would take good care of our boy. She kept us updated with pictures and texts the entire time we were away. I could not have asked for a kinder, more welcoming person to leave him with. She was truly wonderful and I will DEFINITELY be working with her again in the future. Our pets are part of our family, and she welcomed mine into her home like he was part of her family. Highly recommend Cathi!”

“Our cat is highly aggressive with strangers. Trey handled the drops ins very well. He was professional and managed to give her the care she needed without overwhelming and stressing her. Will definitely book again!”

“Lindsay has been amazing over the past couple of weeks - looking in after our Twilight kittie while we had to be away. She has been so communicative, responsive, and caring. We are lucky to have found her.”

About: I've volunteered at the Sonoma County animal shelter for the past year walking, bathing and training dogs. I also have two dogs of my own, Dexter and Lulu, who I walk and feed everyday. I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life and I love it. Im a current student at the Santa Rosa junior College studying nursing and am looking forward to gaining more experience with pet care when I can as I have a passion for animals. For the summer, my availability will be posted on my calendar as each day differs. I’m very flexible with scheduling and often take up last minute offers. I can do overnights if needed (only on weekends + Thursdays). Post summer: I am available mostly all day, as I have classes in the morning but are done pretty early in the afternoon. I ensure pets receive attentive, personalized care in my clients' homes, including regular feeding, exercise, and companionship, while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment tailored to each pet's needs.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since high school! Neighbors, friends, and family have counted on me to dog & house sit, feed, bathe, take their dogs on walks or to the park, etc. No breed is too big or too small. I have my own golden retriever pup, Charlie, who has been a beautiful addition to our family. I’m not stranger to energetic fun loving dogs! I am an elementary school teacher! With that, I work from 7am-2:30pm M-F. After school on days and anytime on the weekends I’m available to provide care to your doggies! I have a fully fenced large backyard! With my own pup we enjoy going on long hikes, playing catch, or daily walks around our neighborhood.

About: I have had dogs and cats and parakeets since before I could walk, and now that I am retired, I will care for your fur babies such that you are able to relax knowing they are in the best of care. I am retired from the court system and available most any time. I can work with your schedule intertwined with any commitments I might have. I can accommodate whatever needs you have, be it walking, pet sitting, dropping in in order to check on your babies and also staying the night.

About: I know how important routine and comfort is for pups when their human(s) go away. Staying consistent with the day to day norm is so important. I am committed to treating your dog the way you would while you are gone. A little more about me: I was born & raised in farm country with cows, horses, geese, chickens, cats, dogs ... you name it. I've been an animal lover from a young age and i've had / cared for horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, birds etc. I started dog / house sitting in my late teens for friends and family. What sets me apart? Dogs of all sizes have stollen my heart but none more than the big breeds people often shy away from. I love Canes, Danes, Rotties, Pitties, Mastiffs, Dogos, Presas ... the bigger the dog the bigger the heart! Having been a mom to a papered Rottweiler as well as a Rottweiler rescue I can say no one dog is easier than another, they are all so unique and individualistic just like us. After rehabilitating and training my rescue Rottie to be a service dog I began helping others train their dogs as well (by referral only). It's been 1.5 years since my last Rottie love transitioned to the rainbow bridge and though I am not ready for another one of my own I do have the time and love to give to the pups of others. If there is anything else you'd like to know feel free to message me! My schedule is my own. I'm a self employed business development consultant. I help female entrepreneurs go from idea to launch and provide social marketing strategy post launch. Most of my work is done on my laptop & cell phone. I am committed to treating your dog the way you would while you are gone. I know how important routine and comfort is for pups when their human(s) go away. Staying consistent with day to day norms is key!

“Amy was amazing with my incredibly shy cat, very communicative, sent great pictures each drop in, and made me feel at ease knowing she was checking on the kitty, who ended up becoming friends with her. Will definitely rebook in the future!”

About: As a fur mom myself, I treat other pets as if they were my own. I have two dogs and a cat. Two of them are seniors and I've had them since they were young. I believe in training basic commands, positive enforcement, and lots of snuggles. When I'm not pet sitting, I'm hanging out with my pups outside while they get their zoomies out. I'm comfortable with excited pups, counter surfers, and shy pups. We all have our quirks! I take care of our 3 pets (2 dogs, 1 cats) and their care is my top priority on my day to day. Feeding, training, and getting the zoomies out. I like to keep the dogs routine as much as possible. Some dogs can get anxious when someone new is introduced and I find it's best to keep things as simple and normal as possible.

About: For the last 20 months I have been working as a caregiver in California. My boss is an American, she is 83 years old. But her dog, Mimi, a toy pudel, which you can see in my photos, has become my true friend. My family, in Ukraine, has always had dogs, so I love them with all my heart and know how to take care of them. If I stay in the US, I would like to make dog care my main occupation and business. Because I am sure of my unconditional love for animals and that my life experience will help me do the best. I am trying this job for the first time. For now I would like to try walking your dogs or meeting them at your home. My English is not very good, but I hope to improve it, so the morning hours will probably be taken up with courses. Also, I am just trying to figure out how this app works. I hope that you will be lenient and we can come to an agreement with you. I am ready to walk your dog after 2 p.m. or visit her at your home. We can have fun, I will feed her, and also at your request I am ready to do training. I have not tried to do it before, but I am sure that I will succeed.

About: I’ve taken care of every kind of pet you can think of. I started using Wag a few years ago and fell in love. Each has a specific personality and all are very loving. I have watched my dad’s boxer, my mom’s shitzu, wag customers’ dogs from lab to terrier, a few friends’ cats and most recently began caretaking my own kitten. I have worked with dogs and cats that need to take medication and crate training as well. I am excited to meet your furry friends! I make my own schedule and currently have Sunday, Monday and Tuesdays pretty open. I also can fit in a drop in or quick walk when I am not in meetings! I have experience caring for both dogs and cats while their owner was away. The most important thing to remember is a. Always refer to the owners manual they have given you! And b. Just give them love and keep their routine the same and you’re golden :)

“I am so happy to recommend Mackenzie! I have a Husky and a poodle ! My husky is high-energy/super playful and my poodle is a bit more anxious/skiddish and Mackenzie is amazing with both of them. Iuliia G.
“Iuliia is amazing with dogs! I have a rescue pit bull who's not friendly with strangers and is afraid of them, as a result of some abuse as a puppy before we rescued him. As he's now a 90lbs dog, we always ensure he's properly managed. Iuliia was able to find comfort ground with him so quickly and effortlessly. It was surprising and also wonderful to see. I was amazed by her ability to be so comfortable with a dog like mine. She's just wonderful with her care and comfort she gives to the pup. She's impressive and highly recommended!”

Katie S.
“Katie is one of the most caring, nurturing and thoughtful people I know. She's always early, never just on time, and goes above and beyond her "responsibilities." She's more than responsible, she's "ponsible" because nothing needs to be "re"-done when Katie does it. Not only does Katie have empathy for us bipedal folk, but she has a deep love for all things quadruped, including your dog. I know once this testimonial is published and you hire Katie as your pet's caregiver, you will come back and nod your head in complete agreement.”
