“My dog Beau had a great time staying with Jill. She is very warm and loving and took great care of my beloved fur baby. I loved receiving photos during his stay and they have a super safe setup. I could tell Beau was super happy being there which means a lot when you’re away. Would definitely book again!”

“Mandi was super friendly and flexible with our schedule. She posted cute pictures of our dogs on walks throughout their stay and her property is very pet friendly. Our dogs seemed very happy when we picked them up. I will leave our dogs with her in the future when visiting Calistoga or a town nearby.”

“I reached out to Brandi because I had a horrible experience with another dog sitter and needed to place my dog in a different home immediately. Brandy was so accommodating and made me feel like my dog would be so safe and loved while I was gone. She was constantly sending me pictures and giving me updates. She even took the time to call me and gave my dog a bath to help calm her down. She truly went above and beyond! I’m so happy we found a trustworthy and kind person to use in the future!”

“I had a fantastic experience with Sandy! From the moment she picked Lucy up, I felt completely confident that she was in great hands. Her communication was prompt and friendly, and the regular updates and photos really put my mind at ease. Lucy came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. “Sophie, with a lifetime of experience taking care of dogs, was wonderful with our yellow Lab. Her home has an ample backyard area and is quite welcoming to dogs. Her Boston Terrier plays very nicely with others. Our Lab got lots of love and attention from Sophie, including regular walks in the low-traffic neighborhood near Dominican U. It is abundantly clear that Sophie, an energetic college student trying to earn some money on Rover, could not be more motivated to take phenomenal care of your cherished companion. She did so with our 4 year-old Lab.”

“We had a dog care need come up with two weeks notice and Sheila was able to help us out. This was our first time using Rover for a sitter or boarding and Sheila (with her husband) made Rory feel at home. She got her cuddles, scritches, treats and a big yard to run after the ball. I loved the updates and pictures of Rory enjoying her weekend doggy getaway.”

“I felt completely comfortable knowing that Petey was with Lauren and Kari, and their daughter. They took him on walks, and gave him lots of love. He was excited to see me, but I could tell he didn’t feel abandoned leaving him with new people overnight. In fact, I think he will probably get extremely excited anytime we are somewhere that resembles Napa, hoping to see his new friends again.”

“Another great visit with Carl. Our plane broke down on the tarmac in Vegas and Carl was very understanding that we were everlasting hours late even thought he had plans to leave town after our scheduled pick up time.”

About: I have been working with cats for 10+ years and have always had a soft spot for them. I know their body language and can sense how they are feeling. With my fear free knowledge, I can provide a less stressful experience for you and your kitty.

“Gina is such a reliable and responsible person who provides excellent care to my cats! She is very communicative and always helps me feel at ease when I travel. I definitely recommend booking with her!”

About: I really do love every kind of cat! I've had cat companions my entire life, and I feel like sometimes they are so soft and so squishy I just can't even stand it. I wouldn't say my cats are trained exactly, but they do let me give them a bath. And most of the time when I call them they do come so I'm calling that a win. I can give the pills and such when that's required, and I'm happy to work with all cats young and old.

“Karen was wonderful with our kitty! Having her send the lovely photos helped relax us and reassure us that our cat was making a new friend and felt safe and cared for. Our kitty loved her from the very start, and we will definitely be having Karen return for our future trips away.”

About: I am a full-time, professional pet sitter with extensive experience caring for both dogs and cats of all ages, temperaments, and needs. Because this is my dedicated career—not a side job—I’m able to provide attentive, reliable, and genuinely loving care tailored to each pet’s routine and personality. I understand that pets are family, and I prioritize their comfort, safety, and emotional well-being while you’re away. From energetic dogs who need structure and play to independent or shy cats who need patience and calm consistency, I bring experience, intuition, and heartfelt care to every visit, so you can travel with complete peace of mind. I have had many pets in the past but currently have a Chinese Crested dog (hairless) and a long hair chihuahua. Both are rescues. I am currently available full time to care for your pets in your home. I have done full time and part time pet sitting for several years. At this time, I only do pet care and house sitting in pet owner's home. I am not set up to do pet sitting at my home.

“Trey did a great job taking care of our cat during our vacations! He befriended our very scary cat and kept us updated through the app smoothly. Will definitely use his services again!”

About: Hi! I’ve cared for cats for many years through friends, family, and personal experience. I understand that every cat has a different personality and comfort level, and I’m patient, attentive, and respectful of their routines and boundaries. I’m very detail oriented and reliable in my day to day life, and I bring that same level of care into pet sitting. Whether your cat is playful, shy, affectionate, or independent, my goal is to help them feel safe, relaxed, and cared for while you’re away. I’m also happy to provide regular updates, photos, feeding schedule consistency, litter box maintenance, playtime, and lots of calm companionship. I understand that trusting someone with your pet and home is a big deal, and I take that responsibility seriously.

About: I had two outdoor kitties when I was a child and had a lot of love for them. We would play, I fed them, took them to the vet with my parents and developed an understanding of cats. I just recently adopted my own kitten a few weeks ago and am quickly learning the ins and outs of kitten ownership first hand. I’m excited to meet your feline friends!

“We are so happy to have found Brynn! We had adopted a cat two months prior and needed to be out of town for a week for our son‘s wedding. We were nervous because he was still adjusting to us and our home, but Brynn was absolutely amazing. She carefully and thoughtfully, followed our very detailed instructions. She sent photos and updates on how he was doing, which obviously showed he was in great hands and happy. When we returned from our trip, he was not angry with us, instead, he was very happy to see us. We are so grateful to have had such a considerate and compassionate sitter while we were away. She also left our home in immaculate condition, and even watered our outdoor plants. We highly recommend Brynn to take care of your pets on whatever level you need her to. She’s amazing and we will definitely be hiring her again.”

About: I’m a responsible and caring pet lover with 9 years of experience caring for dogs. I treat every dog like my own—because they deserve nothing less! 🐾 I have plenty of availability to walk, play, and feed your dog. I have a very friendly dog of my own who loves to make new friends. I take her on daily walks and to the park for some extra running sessions! There are plenty of cuddles and treats to go around! I love dogs and making sure that they are having the best time because they deserve it. When watching your pet you can be at ease as I take extreme pride in taking care of our fur babies. I have a fenced in back yard for security, with a good area for running and sniffing. Dogs are allowed on furniture for some rest and relaxation. I care for my own dog with lots of love, playtime, and treats!
“Heather and Calob are so awesome! I’m so glad to have found them to watch our two pups. They are so flexible, responsive and easy to coordinate with. They were great about sending photos too. And our pups sure loved them. Looking forward many more stays in the future!”

“Words can’t describe how incredible Ashley is! She went above and beyond to care for our sweet Leo throughout our wedding day. We asked her to watch Leo during our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour, and then take him back to the hotel to feed him and make him comfortable. She truly was a special part of our special day. Thank you so much Ashley for the level of care you gave to us and Leo 🤍”

About: I've always had a dog. I had dogs growing up, I adopted a dog when I moved out on my own, and I adopted another dog when my children were old enough. Dogs are an important and special part of the family. I enjoy giving them attention, taking them for walks, brushing them, and of course, cuddling with them. I am observant of their communication styles, and use my observation skills to make sure I attend to their needs and keep them happy. I lost my special girl recently, and this is the first time in a while I am without my own dog. I would love to help you care for your dog while I decide whether to adopt again. I currently work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I am available to go for walks and give potty breaks almost anytime day and evening. I live in a townhouse that does not have a fenced yard. However, I used to take my dog for several walks per day for both exercise and potty breaks. Dogs are welcome in any part of the house, or can be restricted to downstairs, depending on their needs. I am happy to visit your pet in your home to offer a potty break, take for a walk, or just give some attention.
About: I have always loved animals and have pets of my own, which has given me a wealth of experience in caring for a variety of animals. My family and friends trust me to look after their beloved pets, knowing that I will provide the same level of care and attention that I give my own. I am diligent in following directions and am willing to meet any specific needs to ensure the well-being and happiness of every pet in my care. I currently have morning and afternoon free time. If you have scheduling questions, please ask! I would love to work things out and care for your pet! I follow directions well, so if there are any specific needs I will do my best to meet them. I can communicate as much or as little as you need with app updates and pictures.
“Sarah and Matt are a great match for our little pooch who gets overwhelmed by high energy and large dogs. They are thoughtful, compassionate, and great communicators.”

“Robin was very nice, from start to end. Found her walking her dog as I was arriving to drop off our dog. She was very caring and sent a few updates and pictures throughout the day. I was very comfortable leaving our dog with Robin for the day, we recommend!”

About: I have been a dog lover all of my life and possess a special way of relating to dogs. For the last decade, I have been the neighborhood go-to for dog sitting and boarding, while also taking care of my own three dogs. With the large back yard, sunning deck, and kiddie pool, I ensure a fun and relaxing experience for your pups stay. I am skilled in grooming (basic grooming), dog massage, feeding, medication administration, communication (basic-training, recall, etc.), walks, dog park outings, etc. and most importantly, lots of lovin'! I am a musician, property manager, (former massage therapist) who works from home and keeps a daily schedule of caring (feedings, exercise/play/socializing/outings, naps, etc.) for my own and my clients dogs, while keeping up with my creative practices and administrative duties. Dog care is well-integrated into my daily life. After morning feedings, we usually load up into the car and head to the dog park for 1-1.5 hours. Once we return home, the pups generally take a nap for at least 1.5-2.5 hours (allowing me to get some work done and/or to run errands). Once awake, we typically do some playing in the yard and/or training (sometimes involving Charlies Chips Treat - no/low calorie treats). After about an hour or so of play, I shift to preparing dinner for myself and also the dogs, if there are special wet food protocol requests from the owners. After feedings, we spend another hour or so outside before quieting down for the night. I usually play some soft music to settle my own energies down and the dogs seems to really appreciate that too as they tend to fall asleep to it and sleep comfortably throughout the night. I also do a late night potty break at around 10pm, just to avoid accidents throughout the night. Safety is priority to me. My home is set up specifically for their safety and my own. Cleanliness is also an important part of safety and I tend to do that throughout the day (sweep/vacuum, spot-mop, wash bedding, etc.). I have a large fenced in back yard, kiddie pool, lots of toys, and sunning deck for the dogs. The second bedroom has a day bed that the dogs sleep on, as well as multiple dog beds and the couch, if they prefer. I have water bowls in multiple locations throughout the house and backyard. I utilize room dividers at feedings, if necessary, or if I sense a dogs need for space away from the pack.

“Heather is a true professional. She suggested a meet and greet to confirm that my dog and the other dogs she was keeping would be compatible. That was a huge success so we brought our dog to her the next day for daycare. I can tell by the form I filled out for her, the questions she asked, and overall comments that she is very educated and experienced in taking care of dogs. My little furbaby was very happy when we picked him up. We will definitely use her services again.”

About: I have had the good fortune to love and care for all sorts of animals for the last 20+ years. Growing up with cats, dogs, horses and lots of farm animals, I am committed to animal wellbeing both physically and spiritually. Being a zoo keeper for many years taught me many lessons in observation, care and management of many barn yard animals. It is an honor to care for animals. As a certified Spiritual Companion, I work with clients from all over the country through the Zoom platform. I can set up my office anywhere I go (where internet is available). When I am not working, I love to read, write, listen to jazz and classical music, meditate and research the world’s wisdom traditions. I have a fenced yard. My dog has in and out access throughout the day. When I have cats, they are allowed to be in the fenced yard only when I am outside. Otherwise, they are indoor cats. I do not believe in declawing cats, but have rescued several of them. I have rescued many elderly cats as well.
“Ellen was great. She took great care of our pup and was very easy going. She even had some advice for activities in town that were really great. We will definitely see her again next time we are in town.”

About: I love animals so much I got a degree in Animal Science and I'm pursuing a Vet Tech certification! I have personal experience caring for a variety of dogs in my life: A HIGH energy pitty puppy, a senior and disabled corgy-shepard, and my very own dog, Sheldon, the rainbow terrier rescue ❤️. I absolutely love hanging out with dogs, going on walks, giving pets, winning over shy hearts, and even helping guide rambunctious puppies in the right direction with patience. I just graduated college and have a very open schedule right now, I can do early or late, any day of the week or weekend. I'm happy to stop by to check in on, feed, walk, play, hang out with any pets. I'm experienced with animals and love them all with my whole heart. I also understand security and privacy concerns, I will always respect a customer's home like my own and not judge or mess with anything.
About: As a fur mom myself, I treat other pets as if they were my own. I have two dogs and a cat. Two of them are seniors and I've had them since they were young. I believe in training basic commands, positive enforcement, and lots of snuggles. When I'm not pet sitting, I'm hanging out with my pups outside while they get their zoomies out. I'm comfortable with excited pups, counter surfers, and shy pups. We all have our quirks! I take care of our 3 pets (2 dogs, 1 cats) and their care is my top priority on my day to day. Feeding, training, and getting the zoomies out. I like to keep the dogs routine as much as possible. Some dogs can get anxious when someone new is introduced and I find it's best to keep things as simple and normal as possible.

My work as a Vet Assistant has given me the skills to quickly and easily recognize medical emergencies as well as the best way to treat minor illnesses and scrapes. “I had to go out of town and booked Lynne at the last minute for day-time walks when no one was home. Her responses were always prompt, her communication was effective and clear, and I felt absolutely comfortable entrusting my pups to her. I also ended up extending my stay last minute and she was fully accommodating. I had let her know that two of my dogs may be a little shy at first, but they apparently were very fond of Lynne, and after just a few days of being walked by a new human, they are more friendly in general to strangers! Thanks Lynne, for taking great care of my pups. I would absolutely recommend Lynne To anyone needing the services she offers.”
